Ms. Gietzen-Wieland was highly recommended to me as a coach for my professional reorientation. And I am very glad that I followed this recommendation. I have come to appreciate Ms. Gietzen-Wieland very much, both personally and professionally. Her friendly and open manner as well as her very structured and goal-oriented approach and advice made the collaboration very pleasant and efficient, from planning to operational implementation. We agreed the individual approach together and then got down to the detailed work. With support, I was able to define and optimize the procedure for the application phase. Two pages of CV became four pages, which highlighted my successes well and received a very good response overall, right through to the new employer, who I was able to convince with the 'complete package'. The investment paid off more. I am happy to recommend Ms. Gietzen-Wieland to others.

I became aware of Ms. Gietzen-Wieland through a recommendation. Since I had only little contact with trainers until then, I was not sure at the beginning how such a cooperation could look like, but knew for me that an absolutely confidential exchange paired with benevolent criticism was important to me. This kind of cooperation was a given from the very beginning. With an excellent analytical view and empathic communication, Ms. Gietzen-Wieland managed to put things into strategic contexts in order to develop a change of perspective and resulting solution possibilities together with me, for which I am very grateful to her. Ms. Gietzen-Wieland is certainly not one of the cheap coaches, but she is worth every penny! In addition to the well-prepared and follow-up appointments, she provides me with further information, which reflects both her passion for the topics and her commitment to her coachees. Thank you, dear Ms. Gietzen-Wieland, for always having an open ear, sharing your extensive experience, and using humor to create more ease in working together.

I felt very comfortable and in good hands during the entire coaching. Individual aspects and methods were conveyed by Ms. Gietzen-Wieland in an understandable and always transparent and professionally sound manner. Thanks to your competence and experience, I felt very well taken care of during the sessions. Ms. Gietzen-Wieland was also very concerned about the detailed introductory conversation as well as the comprehensive follow-up of the sessions. She took a lot of time for detailed phone calls and conveyed additional useful information and tips. Already after the first coaching session, a noticeable improvement could be seen. The result was a clearly more self-confident and reflected handling of special challenges in professional sports and a measurable improvement of the athletic performance. I would recommend coaching with Ms. Gietzen-Wieland to any athlete.

I was excited the first time in 2017 and I still am today (2021)! I was not even aware of all the things you can and should think about. Ms. Gietzen-Wieland takes her time and delivers excellent results. Life and professional experience as well as a great deal of empathy round off my positive overall impression.

Ms. Gietzen-Wieland managed in only 3 sessions to bring me to the point of finding my answers that I was looking for in the permanent crisis. She has the ability to connect personal issues in a superordinate way, to bring them to the point and to reflect them to you in such a way that you realize it yourself furiously. I have found her to be very interested, reliable, highly competent and appreciative. I am very grateful because with her cooperation I was able to recognize a long standing, stuck and blocking issue/problem and can use it to start on a new path. I don't know Ms. Gietzen-Wieland personally yet, have only experienced her in a lecture so far. The lecture was good and very informative for me. I had already sensed a lot of things and had also penetrated them logically, but I had no name for them. Also, I thought the Impostor Phenomenon was a personality trait that I could only address with costly therapies. I am relieved that it seems to be acquired behavior and will now do some coaching.

I was able to experience Ms. Ute Gietzen-Wieland both as a speaker and as a coach. Both made a lasting impression on me. On stage, she captivates her audience with stories and then, at the end of the presentation, inspiration falls like ripe fruit from a tree. In personal coaching, Ms. Gietzen-Wieland managed to get to the core of my challenges in an ultra-short time with targeted questions and was able to intervene specifically with wingwave. As an experienced coach, I very rarely experience this.
