After a lot of research into facade cleaning, I came across the company Algenmax on the Internet and contacted them for a consultation.
Within a very short time, I was contacted by the customer service representative, Mr. Bock.
Mr. Bock, a very friendly and honest customer advisor, took a lot of time to explain the whole process to me in detail, cleaned a sample area on the house and answered everything I wanted to know to my satisfaction.
Unfortunately, we had to postpone the date for the façade cleaning several times due to the weather and personal circumstances.
Here, too, I have to say that Mr. Bock showed a great deal of understanding and always tried to accommodate me.
