Applied for egaming license from Curacao in March - but was stopped as local laws are changing. They allowed me a FREE switch to Anjouan in the Comoros. Not exactly the same reputation, but no extra costs and at least we have a license now and can work. It is already the second time that APAC allowed me a FREE switch, after in Sweden also there the Regbulatoren in December last year only with difficulty Trustlizenzen issue. At that time I was offered Bulgaria, I accepted and did it and I am licensed there as well. Thank you!

Great incorporation service on Nevis. Company formation after 4 days through, all documents notarized and with apostille. Also the promised company account in Nevis is ready! At the moment we are still fixing the account opening in England for SEPA access. Smoothly! Highly recommended. Had doubts at the beginning regarding the account opening, but due to the additional documents such as the business plan and the money laundering rules, Degenius and team have managed it once again; not for the first time. Thank you very much, always a pleasure!

Decided to incorporate in Dubai in Silicon Oasis Free Zone. Setup done within not even 72 hours! Payment account in Europe fixed by Mr Stefan's Team though. No complaints at all!

Returned from Bulgaria yesterday. Company established, accounts opened at Unicredit Bulbank thanks to Ms. Veselina's help. The whole process took 1 week + 1 week of pre-check before the actual departure with the help of scans of passport and proof of address for pre-check at the bank. Both Ms. Veselina and Mr. Viktor (StB) speak very good English. No communication problems at all. Thanks again to the whole team. Josef Mayrhofer

Marshall islands company setup with anon-package realized. Setup time: 3 days, now preparations for bank account opening. Will update once all done, so far, no issues at all. I have searched for ages on the net for the solution for Bulgaria. Always Sweden was recommended to me by other providers for the establishment of a trust company to store customer funds. The colleagues from APAC were the only ones who clearly recommended Bulgaria to me because of the bank accounts - also the solution is much cheaper in maintenance. Reason enough to set up at APAC I thought and I was not disappointed. Everything was delivered within a good month between April 2023 and May 2023 and that despite Pentecost and Easter! Thank you!!!!! Anytime again.

Bulgaria company formation and recognition as a trustee went off without a hitch. Only the trip to Bulgaria I found dull. But unfortunately it is necessary. Company account was activated before my departure at Unicredit. Total time for everything was 3 weeks incluisve registration as a commercial trustee.

Went for the Anjouan bank formation for my crypto exchanger and to solve token backing issue. All arranged. Mr Stefan even provided me with the WL white papers so that we easily could amend it to our needs. Banking relationship with Canadian MSB established. That what was portrayed had been delivered. Once more a big thank you, especially for the setup discount. Anytime again!

Decided to go for the Bulgaria setup. Travelled to BG and met Ms Valkova who cared about everything from the fist moment on. The company was established with help of Mr Nicolas who attended my Notary appointment, later on that day register. The required compliance manual was prepared, then we went to the banks, first unicredit and then investbank in Sofia. Both corporate accounts were opened at the same day. 4 days later the debit cards were ready though. Overall a great service, now awaiting the registration as Professional Trustee. All documents have been submitted. -Will update once through. I would like to highlight Degenius' pre-onboarding and consulting service - he informed about every tiny little detail in professional manner.

There is not much anymore to say. Great performance in regards to my Dubai setup. Company incorporated within 3 days. I didnt need to stay but could have that finished before booking my flight to Dubai. the Emirates id application went smooth. took around 10 days, then I received the card. in March I travelled again here from US to Dubai and the colleagues helped to open the bank accounts for the company, one private account and even a crypto exchanger account with Bitoasis. All done before I left again Dubai. A big thank you to Mr Stefan who guided me several times through the processes.

Estonia setup via IFLS Pameroy Tallin. Outstandingly fast service, licensing as advised took place after less than 3 months despite notary break and summer vacation in Estonia. Counter openings were completed within 5 days, although 2 weeks were specified.
