There is no personal contact person, as used to be the case with Güldener. Some questions are not finally clarified because you don't know who feels responsible. More and more patients are now coming to the practice with their invoices to clarify questions because they have been asked to do so by Güldener, which was not the case for many years. Conclusion: loss of quality in recent months

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the billing office. The statements are always prepared reliably, accurately and punctually. The customer service is excellent, questions are answered quickly and competently. I particularly appreciate the transparent communication and uncomplicated processing. I feel that I am in good hands here and can recommend this billing office without reservation!

I would like the AÄA to contact me from time to time about billing errors. So far there has been no upward correction if, for example, the number 1 or 7 is forgotten on one day. So far, we have only received feedback from the patients that we are adjusting the bills downwards.

So far we have been very satisfied. Unfortunately, the IT changeover at Güldener has led to major problems.
Solving these problems did not work out well at first. In the 2nd attempt we stayed with the old system for the time being. We hope for a smooth process in the future.
