We had been assigned a de-cluttering company from Herne by AWL. The company came 2 hours later than promised. But no problem. The delay was announced in advance by phone. Was fine for us.
The team came with 3 employees. What can I say: Reliable, Competent and very hardworking. After all, some pieces of furniture were very heavy. The living room, what it was about, was afterwards also actually empty. Paid in cash, receipt was acknowledged on the disposal contract. For possible tax refund, an invoice with money transfer would have been better. But in order. In any case, we were fully satisfied with the performance of the team.

Simply Top ! 2 floors of a single family house within 4 hours ! made empty ! We were soo impressed. Precisely clean - everything left broom clean. Great guys!! You are worth the money!

I was particularly satisfied that the employees were available by e-mail and also by phone for further arrangements. 6**The entire apartment and the basement were handed over swept clean.
The empty apartment could thus be handed over without complaint to the housing association. In any case, I would hire the company AWL again if necessary. I can highly recommend the company AWL Zentrum.

The agreed price of a good approx. 700 € was increased to 1,000 € during the clearing out. When asked, it was said that no photos of the apartment were available, according to which a higher price would have been set from the outset. However, photos were expressly not required when placing the order by telephone. Therefore, a recommendation is difficult.
