Bei der Hotline wird man angelogen. Man wird nicht zurückgerufen. Erst hat man mir gesagt, dass der Mechaniker krank ist und aufgrund dessen einen Termin abgesagt. Dann war auf einmal das Ersatzteil nicht verfügbar. Ich habe auf die Reperatur meiner Waschmaschine 2 1/2 Monate gewartet. Bei jedemWaschgang ist Wasser aus der Maschine ausgetreten Ich würde Bauknecht niemandem empfehlen, weil sich bei einem Mangel keiner kümmert und ansprechbar ist,.

Waschmaschinen Lager nach 2,5 Jahren defekt, nach erfolgter Reparatur war das lager nach 2,5 ahren war das Lager erneut defekt. An der Hotline war ein nur sehr schlecht deutsch sprechender Mitarbeiter, der nicht erfassten konnte wo mein Problem lag. Servicetechniker war freundlich und schnell. Aber letztlich ist das Produkt minderer Qualität und die Hotline inakzeptabel.

Telefonische Auskunft war mangelhaft bis ungenügend da nicht mals gefragt worden ist ob der Wasserhahn mal auf oder zu gedreht wurde... Sehr unfreundliches Kontaktperson am Telefon, spricht nicht für Bauknecht. Kann es nicht weiterempfehlen. Kundendienst vor Ort heute sehr kompetent und freundlich, schnelle Lösung gefunden. So stelle ich mir Kundenservice vor, nicht jedoch die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme
