Vielen Dank liebe Brigitte für dein Online-Coaching. Die sechs Wochen waren eine spannende Reise zu mir selber. Ich hatte jede Menge Aha-Momente und die Leichtigkeit die ich mir zu Beginn des Coachings gewünscht hatte ist bei mir eingezogen. Darüber hinaus wurde mein Bewusstsein geschärft mehr auf meine eigenen Bedürfnisse zu achten. Auch die Fragen die während des Coachings auftraten wurden kompetent beantwortet. Brigitte hat mir geholfen, den Fokus erstmals auf mich selbst zu legen. Ich hatte mich vorher nie so intensiv mit meinen Bedürfnissen und Wertvorstellungen auseinandergesetzt. Dadurch wurde mir erst bewusst, warum ich beruflich so unzufrieden war. Das war sehr hilfreich! Nun arbeite ich aktiv daran, dass ich wieder gern zur Arbeit gehe.
Auch im privaten Bereich haben mir die Erkenntnisse aus dem Coaching mit Brigitte weitergeholfen!
