Im Chat wurde man dann doch abgewimmelt, da sich unser Produkt im niedrigen Preissegment befand. Da waren es dann doch zu viele Fragen scheinbar. Ansonsten war soweit alles sehr gut.

Poor
I am personally very unsatisified with the service received from this company.

After making full payment for an order, I am still yet to receive the item paid for and no clear indication of when this item will be received.

Being a first time customer this is very poor service and will NOT be recommending this company to anyone. Again we still hope to get goods paid for or will be seeking legal actions to get refunded.

Everything worked out fine, except for the shipping from GLS, which took ages, especially when you are urgently waiting for the spare part. GLS's customer service did not provide any explanation despite being asked. Perhaps you should switch to another company. Given the quality of the regulator, a few more parts are now made of plastic. Hopefully it can withstand the temperatures at the wood gasifier, which was also the reason for the defect in the previous regulator, albeit with a 20-year service life.
