I was surprised to receive a invoice , dated 30 March 2024 for the amount of 566.83 EUR for an "expert" account for year to 30 Mar 25 . I had a free account and they "upgraded" me with no request and charged my paypal account.

The last invoicing when I was a user was 30 Mar 21 which was requested to be cancelled and I had a free account as I no longer was actively using crypto..

I have raised a dispute to hopefully resolve this without having to go to the Bavraian Police that deal with Online Fraud .

I have used multiple crypto tax software tools and CoinTracking is, by a considerable margin, the best one as it provides more insight, data analysis, reports, charts and graphs than any other one I have used. It also features the most insightful portfolio tracker I've used as well.

My favourite report is the long and short tax-privileged report, I have not seen this elsewhere. If you live in a country that doesn't tax crypto held for over 1 year, CoinTracking tells you exactly how much of each crypto you can sell tax-free.

I've also used their full tax service to sort out my crypto tax mess from years of playing around in DeFi and their team was incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and informative. For the first time in years, I am finally confident that my crypto-tax situation is compliant.

I started this app because I needed to calculate the tax return. This led me to start using it for free and then upgrade to standard and then to advanced, paying 280€ for the service over 2 years. After 2 hours I came across several errors, wrong balance,... various things that didn't meet what I needed. Technical support was difficult and I asked for a refund because it was within the legal time limit of 15 days (I only used it for 2 days for a total of 2 hours).
In short, the proposed refund is 34€ and they canceled my 2 years subscription. I felt ripped off and cheated with a SCAM declared by them.

Wow, a tool that is clear and easy to use at first, then you gradually discover a kaleidoscope of possibilities - and then it becomes an indispensable, useful tool! I can no longer imagine life in the Bitcoin space without Cointracking!

Just horrendous. Some of the stuff they advertise that they provide they actually don't provide.

Automatic API import? Not working for Binance, Bybit and BitMEX. They admit it does not work but they still charge you despite the fact that it has not been working for months.

Generating reports? A whole bunch of transaction types is just missing from those reports like 'Lending income'. They again admit that it should be there but it isn't and hasn't been for half a year at least.

Support dares to ignore emails for months. Some requests remain unresponded (not just unsolved but not even responded to) for months.

CoinTracking just does not work. Countless hours have been wasted trying to reconcile the transaction data on CoinTracking only to be told by the support some months later that 'oh, [this function] actually does not work' or be ignored completely.

What a disgrace.

I chose the Full Service team opportunity to bring back into balance my account which had gotten way out of order. The team was very patient and long suffering as we worked together over a period of several months to accomplish our goal. I am indeed very impressed and thankful for the CoinTracking team’s skills to successfully tackle and resolve such a challenging thorny problem as I had. My account is fully back on track now performing as CoinTracking is designed to do.
