Marco Adami is an italian composer, arranger and producer. He’s also the owner of the independent record label Kafer Records.

He was born in Rome in 1976.
In 1985 he began his classical guitar studies with M° Mario Gangi and later he continued with M° Claudio Capodieci. He also studied piano and composition with M° Bruno Zambrini, who was also his first discographic producer.
In 1995 he wrote his first song published by Fonit Cetra for the Italian singer Fabrizio Pieraccini
In 1996 he came out with an hit Cd for BMG as a composer-singer that was at the top of the Italian radio and television charts for several months. In that period he performed in the most important Italian TV shows and in many live concerts in Italy, Montecarlo, Eastern Europe.
In that period, He also worked, with M° Bruno Zambrini in several soundtracks for Italian very famous films with directors as Neri Parenti and Maurizio Ponzi. His songs were in the soundtrack of the movie “cucciolo” with cinema star Massimo Boldi and actress Claudia Koll.
In 1998 he published another Cd for BMG performing in live shows and TV shows.
He wrote several successful songs for many famous Italian singers.
From 2000 to 2005 he worked as an arranger and composer for several Italian artists and he studied as sound engineer with the great Italian engineer Marco Borsatti (Laura Pausini, Bocelli, Vasco Rossi, Eros Ramazzotti…).
He also performed in classical guitar concerts in Italy, France, Israel, Slovenia and Greece. In those shows, He played the classical repertoire and some of his composition for guitar. One of this was the soundtrack for an important documentary by the Italian journalist Gianni Giovannetti and the director Patrizio Javarone.
In 2005 he built, with the project of the English acoustic “guru” Chris Clifford, the Kafer Records Studio, one of the best recording studios in Rome for acoustic qualities and equipement.
From 2006 to 2011 he worked as arranger and composer for several artists and producers.
He produced the Italian rock band Wasthead that reached the top positions in the Italian single chart on Itunes.
He also wrote and produced the Italian tenor Massimiliano Drapello. With him he was in Los Angeles, New York, Kansas City and Toronto, preparing the coming out of his Cd in America. They also performed in many live shows. For the tenor he also signed a big contract in Turkey for concerts and discographical promotion.
He co-produced the Cd “NOW” by the famous Italian band “Nuove Tribù Zulu”, a mix between rock and gipsy Indian music played with musicians from India. In December 2010, they performed in many concerts in the most important Indian cities.
In 2011 he Co-founded in London “Ilessons LTD”, a society that produce multimedial lessons for musicians in ibook format.
In 2012 He won the prestigious Golden Globe in Italy as author of the best song “com’è bello far l’amore” performed by The 100 millions copy seller Patty Pravo and included in the top charted movie “com’è bello far l’amore” by the director Fausto Brizzi.
From 2012 to 2014 he composed and produced many dance tracks for the famous compilations “hitmania dance”, and worked as songwriter and arranger for many important international artists, as Tony Hadley,Marco Masini, Amedeo Minghi and many others.
In February 2016 he composed an Italian super hit named “La borsa di una donna” performed by the star Noemi, which participated to the most important festival in Italy, Festival di Sanremo, and became one of the most passed songs in the Italian radio and televisions.
Since 2015 he lives with his wife and his daughter in Austria, where he is bulding a new recording studio.
