Ich habe mit Yasi in einem Change Projekt über ein Jahr zusammengearbeitet. Sie geht ihre Projekte strategisch mit Fokus auf das worauf es ankommt an. Sie hat immer wieder neue Ideen, wie man Herausforderungen erfolgreich zu Lösungen umwandelt. Dazu kommt, sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist interessiert an Dingen, welche um sie herum stattfinden. Die Zusammenarbeit hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und ich habe manchmal auch ein wenig zu ihr aufgeschaut. In Summe haben wir uns gut ergänzt. Ich würde sie jederzeit empfehlen, sowie auch wieder ein Projekt mit ihr umsetzen. 😉

Wir haben bei meinem ehemaligen Arbeitgeber ein großes Transformationsprojekt mit der Unterstützung von Yasi durchgeführt. Schon bei der Vorbereitung des Projekts konnte ich sehen, wie umfänglich, professionell und empathisch Yasi an die Arbeit gegangen ist. Über mehrere Wochen und Monate konnten mit ihrer Unterstützung eine neue Projekt- und Prozess-Struktur aufgebaut werden, die unsere tägliche Zusammenarbeit stark verbessert hat.
