quick fix – diet, weight lift, meditate for a few weeks or months, and then be crushed with disappointment when my fleeting achievements faded, and I was back to square one.
Then one day it dawned on me that rather than chasing a fad or focusing on one part of the problem, I needed, and wanted to be fitter and healthier and happier both physically and mentally. I knew that if I wanted to achieve it and maintain it – that it would be an ongoing, and evolving journey.
And so I began my new lifestyle. I started out by learning from other health and fitness and wellbeing experts and here I’ll be sharing with you my journey and the tips and advice that have helped me the most.
