Alexandra hatte mir nach dem Tod meines Mannes sehr geholfen. Sie begleitete mich während der Trauerphase sehr einfühlsam, authentisch professionell. Ich kam mit ihrer Hilfe schneller aus meinem Loch der Verzweiflung, Einsamkeit und Traurigkeit. Ich kann Alexandra sehr weiterempfehlen und bin sehr dankbar für die großartige Hilfe. "I have met Alexandra last year in November. I suffered from depression and what I have believed from PTSD as I had good and bad periods. When I had that the last time, I would have rather died then go through with everything one more times. I had to take rivotril as a sleeping pill which is normally for people with bad addiction and some antidepressants which made me feel not myself, dead inside. Through a kind friend I met Alexandra with hope to do family constellation. She first told me to try something else to prepare for that technick. I sad okay, let's do it. I felt I can be happy for the night sky or the sun and the beautiful shimmering snow. I felt me. Finally again. I was crying on the way home and I am even crying now. Because after 4 years of suffering I have seen the solution. Access Bars is a solution for me and I managed to put down my medications in 2 months time. Since that Alexandra has become the friend who I am so proud to call that. She helps me until today with everything.
