Sailvation

We ask Inci to organize a bare boat for us from Göcek, Turkey. We received much more than this! The bare boat was in very good condition. Everything on board you need for safety and comfort. Inci also made proposals for the trip and did all reservations in advance. Further more she has a good feeling about what her Customers probably are seeking for. Me and my family we like a contrast programm. Inci delivered 😉:
One day a true turkish experience, being guest at Receps very rural two table restaurant. Absolut no comfort between donkeys and goats but extrem good food and an unbeatable hospitality. Next day total luxury at Yacht Classic Marina in Fethiye with a pool bar INSIDE the pool. Between Marina and Airport we are chilling out at Renka Hotel (recommandation and reservation by Inci) with Hamam and pool. Thank you Inci! We will come back.

I met Inci on the sailing in Greece Facebbook Group page after reading some of her correspondence with other charterers and have found her very happy and professional to exchange her wealth of Knowledge when it came time for me to become a first time Charterer. For me living deep in the south pacific (New Zealand) i entrusted Inci to organise a vessel for us out of Lefkas to sail,and more so for me to send several thousnds of Kiwi $ to a complete stranger accross the other side of the world i cannot speak highly enough of her, Inci was highly organised and nothing was too much trouble when i was wanting some advice.Having been a Yachty/Boaty for 50 + years and being a first time charterer was deffinatly a pleasant experience. We had a really amazingly good experience with Incila and Sailvation. At very short notice Incila and her team were able to put together an amazing itinerary on a very nice gulet for 9 people. We have just returned from a fabulous sailing trip in Gocek, Turkey, organised for us by the brilliant Inci. The whole holiday was seamless from start to finish, and for that we have Inci and Sailvation to thank!

Prior to the trip, Inci brokered a charter for us with E.G.G Yachting, providing a bespoke, personalised service that took all the usual hassle out of organising our holiday. During our trip, her detailed knowledge of the area meant she could advise us on up-to-date sailing route suggestions, and was able to use her impressive network of contacts to book us in at local restaurants, and also advise on great activities to do while we were on land. There were so many things we would never have known about if it weren't for her expertise.

We were very well advised and offered the perfect boat for us. We had several chats before our charter, about cruising area and felt well prepared. During our charter we had some questions, which were immediately answered. This made us feel looked after. Wir danken Incila Özmert ganz herzlich für die unglaublich tolle Betreuung vor und während unseres Segeltörns ab Göcek. Schon bei der Vertragsverhandlung mit EGG-Yachting konnte Sie uns Vorteile verschaffen, der Taxitransfer war perfekt organisiert wie auch Reservierungen in diversen Restaurants während des Törns. In der Segelwoche fragte Sie immer wieder nach, ob es uns gut gehe und ob Sie uns noch unterstützen könne. In den letzten Jahrzehnten hatten wir Erfahrung gesammelt mit Cats wie Lagoon, Nautitech und Fountaine Pajot, aber das diesjährige Boot - Bali 4.2 OpenSpace war das beste und luxoriöseste ever.......neuwertig mit großer Eigner-Suite, Bugtür zum Vorschiff mit großer Sitz-und Liegefläche statt unbequemen Netz ebenso wie die Rückwand des Saloons, die komplett hochzufahren war mit offener Sitzgruppe und großem Grill. Gute Segeleigenschaften mit sehr guter Technik (Inverter, Generator, Aircon,.....) rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab.

Ich habe Inci schon vor einigen Jahren in der E.G.G. Basis in Göcek kennengelernt! Damals machte sie mit uns den Check in und in der selben Woche trafen wir sie abermals in einer bekannten Ankerbucht entlang der lykischen Küste, wo sie eine Damenrunde als Skippering begleitet hat. Nach Jahren ist mir Inci in diversen Facebook-Segelgruppen „untergekommen“. So habe ich dann auch von ihrer Tätigkeit als Agentin erfahren und mir auch mehrere Angebote legen lassen, aus denen dann niemals was wurde, aber nicht weil es unattraktiv war, sondern an Kleinigkeiten wie unpassenden Flügen oder Terminkollisionen einzelner Crewmitglieder scheiterte. Heuer hat es aber gepasst und ich komme gerade von einem Törn im saronischen Golf mit Start in Athen zurück. Unser Boot kam von einem kleinen aber feinen Vercharterer mit Schwerpunkt Katamaran zwischen 42 und 51 Fuß, von dem ich davor noch nichts gehört hatte. Abgesehen davon, dass Inci sich schon bei der Auswahl unserer Wunschkriterien so richtig ins Zeug gelegt hat, war die gesamte Betreuung von Buchung bis zum Abflug sehr fürsorglich, professionell und gerade zu aufopfernd, wofür ich wirklich sehr dankbar bin. Deshalb bereue ich es auch nicht gleich einen zweiten Törn über Inci für kommenden September abgewickelt zu haben und ich denke es werden noch viele mehr werden!
