Jörg Schofer is on a much higher quality level and standard compared to the large established international providers such as Engel & Völkers. He is very goal-oriented and is able to realize the customer's requirements and to arrange the corresponding properties in the required equipment and quality. In addition, he efficiently uses his professional network for support and also solves unconventional questions or requirements at short notice that go far beyond the usual level of service.

He also makes his existing network in the UAE available as a supplement. Dear Mr. Schofer,
Thank you very much for your comprehensive and very transparent advice. We were looking for an apartment in Dubai as an investment and ended up buying a studio for our own use because you told us things we didn't know before.

When we started looking for investments here, we were pretty lost. We had no feeling for good districts, who was building good things, what to look out for and then there was the language barrier.

We went to a few estate agents before they were recommended to us. We immediately felt at ease with you. They speak our language, give detailed and transparent advice and don't just want to sell something quickly that might not suit the buyer.

In the end, we knew exactly what we wanted and then you found the perfect properties for us.

The purchase went absolutely smoothly and they guided us wonderfully through the buying process. The next trip to Dubai is already planned and we can hardly wait to finally go on vacation in our own 4 walls here in Dubai next year.
