The support from Mr. Hartmann was very, very good! I received a very prompt and detailed response to my query. The solution options described were clearly formulated and targeted. One of the options contributed directly to solving the problem. Mr. Hartmann was very friendly and made a very competent impression on me. As part of an online course, I had the opportunity to take part in a weekly consultation today. The experience far exceeded my expectations. I would particularly like to emphasize the outstanding support provided by Ralf Hartmann:
Ralf took an exceptional amount of time to not only answer my questions, but to discuss them with me. Instead of limiting himself to brief yes/no answers, he guided me through the entire solution-finding process.
In addition to solving the problem directly, Ralf shared numerous very helpful tips and additional information. These went well beyond the actual scope of support and represented considerable added value.
The consultation hour developed into an enriching learning session and is a wonderful additional service to the actual online course. It far exceeded what is usually understood by "support" or "consultation hour".
My unreserved recommendation and a big thank you for this outstanding service.

I have been working with Articulate since the beginning of the year and have always asked questions about implementation after the training. The trainer and support team were always very quick in their feedback and were able to point out a good solution in all cases.

I recently completed a 1:1 Storyline360 course that spanned three days, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The course was incredibly flexible, accommodating my schedule and pace, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable.

The personalized attention in a one-on-one setting allowed me to dive deep into the aspects of Storyline360 that were most relevant to my needs. The instructor (Ralf Hartmann) was not only knowledgeable but also very patient, tailoring the content to my level of expertise and learning speed. The 3-day Storyline training was very well structured and was implemented very well by the trainer. As there was always new input, it did get a bit much on the last day. Especially as some things were only worked on together with the trainer. The "practicing" fell somewhat by the wayside. It is therefore all the more important to stick with it afterwards and apply what you have learned immediately. All in all, a very valuable training course with a very motivated, committed and likeable trainer. Many thanks.
