Recommendation
We rented the Villa Swept Away and I think we were the first tenants after the renovation (furniture was all new 😎).
We had already rented several houses in Cape Coral from different providers and each time someone was personally on site at check in and check out to hand over the house, which unfortunately was not the case this time..... we unfortunately missed the personal contact a bit 🙄.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed Villa Swept Away very much and will hopefully rent this house again next year if it is still bookable.

Villa Boaters Dream
A great stay. The house has everything you need and is in a great location with short distances to the river.
The service is excellent.
Despite Hurricane Milton, our arrival was only one day later, everything was taken care of and repairs were done quickly.
We would love to come back.

Villa Pandora:
We really enjoyed our (unfortunately much too short) vacation week at Villa Pandora. The service provided by the Nagel family before and during our vacation was competent, friendly and quick. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired. Very good location (quiet and yet many shops and restaurants within a very short distance), clean, absolutely spacious (the pool area is simply "wow") and exactly as in the photos or even more beautiful. Everything was really well equipped. We've stayed in many vacation homes before, and everything was just right here. If we come to Cape Coral again, we would love to stay at Villa Pandora!

Recommendation
This is the third time we have booked a villa through Traum-Urlaub-Florida. The Villa Boaters Dream has a perfect location. Direct access to the river (perfect for renting a boat). The villa is also perfectly equipped and very lovingly furnished.

Brigitte and Tarek Nagel are very reliable, always available and extremely friendly. We would book a villa with them again and again.

Recommendation
We were completely satisfied and happy from our first vacation home inquiry to the on-site support. The Nagel family was always available for us and even assisted us in a medical emergency. The house completely met our expectations and everything was lovingly prepared for our arrival. Even when we had an unwanted visit from some ants (which is sometimes unavoidable in Florida with the climate), the Nagel family was there immediately, organized help and thus gave us a super relaxed vacation. We can recommend Traumurlaub Florida 100 percent and flew home with many wonderful experiences.

We felt very comfortable at Villa Daria and were very happy with the house. The location is wonderful, the many palm trees naturally contribute a lot to this. It is also quiet there and you can really relax and unwind. Requests and wishes were dealt with immediately and they were always open and available for questions.

We had a wonderful time here at Villa Timeout. The villa has a perfect location, you can get everywhere quickly. The surroundings are very beautiful. We didn't miss anything here. The children had fun in the pool and there was pool equipment in the garage, there is also everything for the beach trip. We would rent this villa again at any time. And a big thank you to the friendly Nagel family, they were always available if we had any questions. Unfortunately the 3 weeks went by far too quickly.

Recommendation
We (two adults, two children) spent two weeks at Villa Tropicana in Cape Coral. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and has a large, beautiful pool area.

The communication with the landlords was exemplary, minor technical "problems" were solved immediately and completely.

The house is located in an excellent residential area, all stores for daily needs are max. 5 minutes away by car.

We would love to come back - thank you very much!

Concerning Villa Adlon
We used Traum-Urlaub-Florida.de to search for a villa for 6 people in a quiet location and chose Villa Royal. This was then sold by the landlord and Traum-Urlaub-Florida.de immediately looked for an alternative and recommended Villa Adlon to us. The location and size of the villa was exactly what we were looking for. The condition of the doors (some could not be closed) could have been better.

We stayed at Villa Belle Paradise in May this year. It was our 2nd booking through the company and, as with the first time, we were completely satisfied. The villa is situated on a canal in a quiet area.
The equipment was sufficient for our needs and it made a very neat and clean impression.

We stayed in Villa Namika - beautifully situated on the waterfront of the canals, quiet, with a great pool and a large west-facing terrace, which always provides a beautiful evening panorama. Great bathrooms, spacious room layout - fantastic.
The only drawback: there were only three of us, if there were six of us, which would be no problem with the three bedrooms, the crockery, cutlery and glasses would be totally inadequate and no longer meet European standards. But improvements can be made here.
