Martin prepared me for the 2023 and 2024 Munich Marathons. I wanted a coach because I don't have the time or experience to write training plans and wanted professional support. My plan was always online a few days before the start of the new week, he also checked my private or professional programs beforehand and took them into account. It worked really well and I only had to 😉 complete the training sessions. The plan was varied and challenging, I was able to surpass myself and had a real sense of achievement after many training sessions. He was also always on hand with advice, be it on nutrition, mental preparation, etc. All in all, it was a great 4 months and I am very grateful to him. Thanks to his support, I was able to keep developing and now my next goal is to run a long distance. Thank you very much 🤗🙏👏

Working with Martin was super pleasant and extremely professional. I've already run a half marathon a few times. Finishing a marathon once in my life was my new goal. For me as a Berliner, the 50th Berlin Marathon was the perfect opportunity. But there was also a lot of respect, e.g. for personal failure or injury. That's why I decided to get professional help from Martin.
I was not disappointed. Martin creates an individual training plan for each week. If I didn't have time for training on certain days, Martin rearranged the plan very flexibly. He shifts the sessions, adapts them or even decides which training sessions to cancel if there is no other option.
The plan is based on data provided by my heart rate monitor and regular tests. This also included an official 10 km run and a half marathon. A particular highlight for me was that I finished the half marathon in under 2:00 h for the first time. Martin's pace suggestions worked perfectly without me feeling overwhelmed.
Martin responds to questions (including questions of purpose) with all his experience and expertise. He can always explain why something is being done, whether it's the ABC running program or the yoga sessions I don't necessarily love.
Big surprise for me: Martin was there on the day of the race himself and also supported me directly during the race with his assessment of the course and further strategy.
My conclusion: mission completed! I had a fantastic race, lots of new impressions and a lot of fun. Thank you Martin!

VIQTRI was the best company I could have imagined for preparing for the marathon. Super professional and at the same time very empathetic. I would never have reached my goal without Martin from VIQTRI.

I found Martin through internet research. After making an appointment at very short notice, I was able to have a first detailed telephone conversation with him. After the first few sentences, it was as if we had known each other from running for a long time. We still had four months to prepare for the Berlin Marathon and during this time he provided me with weekly training plans. In addition to running, his plan always included stability exercises and alternative sports. Martin was always very easy to reach. My questions about the
plan, race preparation, nutrition and mental training, he always answered them calmly, objectively and effectively. Above all, Martin is a good listener and doesn't just reel off a program. The plan is not set, Martin thinks about it and takes my
my impressions and adapted the plan from time to time. All the tips on how to organize the race worked. Martin finally convinced me to start slower and set 6:00/min. During the run itself, he surprised me because he suddenly stood next to the course three times, even ran a section with me and even made me laugh.

I came across Martin by chance when I was searching for a trainer on Google and read his many positive reviews. I thought I'd give it a try - and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. After about nine months of training with him, I improved my marathon time from 5:48 to an incredible 3:59! I had been looking for coaching because, as an inexperienced beginner runner, I had signed up for a half marathon at relatively short notice (six weeks beforehand). The race had not only stressed me physically at the beginning, but also mentally. Martin adapted the training plan to my individual needs at all times and supported me not only physically but also mentally during the entire training period, giving me a great deal of confidence. Thanks to the coaching, I didn't have to worry about planning or anything else and was able to concentrate on my runs. I can recommend it to anyone!

As an amateur runner, I had often thought about running more than just the half marathon distance. The marathon was an old dream for me that developed into a concrete goal last year. As I really wanted to train injury-free and get to the start line, I was looking for a coach.

When I came across Martin's homepage, I was not only impressed by his professionalism, but also by his humanity and openness.
Training for the Vienna City Marathon took 6 months and although I love running, I never thought I would enjoy it so much. Hill sprints, long runs, core workouts, mobility training, interval runs - it was always varied, adapted to me, challenging but never overwhelming. We also practiced gel absorption in training so that I didn't hit anyone with a hammer on race day.
I had a few painful hurdles along the way - an offending kneecap, a blocked nerve, the occasional cold symptom, but Martin rewrote the training several times so that I could continue to train consistently.
He also gave me an incredible amount of tips before the big day on what to look out for, what to avoid, how to get energy from the crowd and much more.

The last 6 months have been a great journey for me and I was able to achieve my goal: I ran the Vienna City Marathon, felt strong throughout, had a lot of fun and can truly say that it was one of the most special days of my life.

After years of focusing on strength training, I wanted to give it another go and break my 10-year-old half marathon best time of 1h51.

I spent 16 weeks preparing for the half marathon in Enschede with the help of Martin - with the aim of finishing in under 1h50.

And now, 16 weeks later, with my new personal best time of 01:42:42, I have left my original goal far behind me. And in the shortest possible time.

I would never have thought it possible that I would ever manage to do it so quickly. So I'm all the happier that I did it. Thanks to the great professional support from Martin, who prepared me perfectly for the run with his weekly adapted training plans.

24.9.2023 Berlin - This day will definitely stay in my memory for a long time. 7 months of structured training, mental coaching and even on-site course support in Berlin by Martin made this run my best marathon experience to date - crowned by a new personal best time. Everything is possible - and with Martin as a coach, faster than expected. Clear recommendation on my part!

I came across Martin after searching the internet for online running training. And already after the first conversation it was clear to me that Martin is exactly the right coach for me. He immediately responded to my needs and always had realistic ideas about my runs. Through the super training, runs combined with the appropriate workouts, I have improved my times significantly. The best thing was that the plan was adapted to my everyday life every week. So I never had the feeling that I couldn't do the training.
