We had an amazing first time with them, the second time around we had some communication and delay issues, but they apologised and the third order has been much smoother again. Overall very happy.

Only comment I would add, is that the packaging could be a bit better to protect the product better.

We needed small simple boxes to protect some of our product during shipping. Ordering was simple and fast. Turnaround was speedy and delivery was made in around the time quoted. Boxes are just as we wanted. We will be ordering other products soon.

The sticker material is fragile and easily torn. The custom cuts were not complete, causing stretching and ripping of the stickers when removed from the sheet. The ink can be rubbed off, also.

Nick is fantastic he got it all right but your product team failed to deliver and I had to get a reprint. Failed to print correctly 200/200 boxes all had faulty window and low quality film all broken, boxes were all damp and wet feeling. Dirty boxes as well and glue marks on them . Overall on production I give 1 star on Nick and customer service 5 stars or producing my reprint I've had no customer service unless I ak

I needed some custom printed boxes in a hurry, having been let down by another supplier, so turned to Custom Boxes Co. It was a tight deadline but they stepped up to the mark and turned the job around even faster than expected. Top job! And Custom Boxes Co will be my first port of call next time.
