Mir gefällt besonders die ganzheitliche Gestaltung der Yogazeit und dass ich die Übungen meinen persönlichen Möglichkeiten entsprechend umsetzen kann.
Elena schafft durch ihre ruhige und annehmende Art eine Atmosphäre, in der sich jede*r Teilnehmer*in entspannen und auf die eigenen Erfahrungen einlassen darf.

Dynamische Bewegungen zu sanften Klängen-
Elenas Yogastunden sind einfach nur herrlich und sehr entspannend. Mit ihrer äußerst angenehmen Stimme begleitet sie die Übungen, ich bin sehr begeistert und habe direkt den Folgekurs gebucht.

Elena Habl geht durch Nachfragen auf alle Bedürfnisse ein. Im Kurs schafft sie eine besondere Atmosphäre, mit deren Hilfe man alle Alltagssorgen loswerden kann. Auch nach dem Kurs wirken die Übungen positiv nach, auf den Körper und die Stimmung.

Die Atmosphäre im Yogakurs ist wohltuend ruhig und entspannt. Als Yoga-Anfängerin war ich überrascht, wie schnell eine stressreduzierende Wirkung eintrat, die sich sehr positiv auf meinen Alltag auswirkt.

Der Kurs ist genau das, was ich gesucht habe- für Anfänger gut umsetzbar und angenehmes Ambiente. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Elemas Angebot, nicht wahrgenommene Stunden nicht verfallen zu lassen, sondern verschiedene Möglichkeiten für Ersatz zu schaffen. Ich bin auf jeden Fall Feuer und Flamme und freue mich schon drauf, Anschlusskurse buchen zu können.
