Andreas helped me a lot with exploring & understanding my negative inner voices, which often caused stress. From the first session on, he understood my struggles and had very eye-opening and helpful approaches on accepting those thought patterns. I had a total of 3 sessions with him so far and I immediately felt a huge difference in how I dealt with my ego and the feelings that came up from it.

Wow! I just completed 3 sessions with Andreas and my life has been transformed.
