Good communication and on time service.Used them because of Covid situation and the distance of pickup.They picked up and traveled 3 hours no problem and they told me the car lost power so they drove more slowly and then the car blew up completely.The police and fire brigade attended and the police seized the car and it was removed to a police compound.I paid for the police compound and moved it to a garage for investigation.They found that the turbo had failed and said the driver should have pulled over when the power reduced and it would just have been the cost of the turbo replacement.By driving on the turbo then failed pulling oil from the engine,revving and smoking until destruction.When I spoke to the driver he told me he was not very mechanical.I would have thought that a professional company with a professional driver should understand what they are doing and pulled over when the power loss started.Then immediately demanded payment with a threat of debt collectors and the following day I have had debt collectors onto me for the money,all within three days. I think potential customers should think hard and long before using this company.I had a great car with a new engine fitted 4000 miles ago and now its nearly scrap.No apologizes just abusive threatening e mails.
