I have also had the "other" experience, where formal rip-off. HERE NOT! That is why I recommend immediately. My security lock only needed to be replaced and I came in the middle of Saturday directly in contact with the service and had a new lock after an hour. to the 60 only the material costs were added. So really thumbs up and everything was also friendly run. Principle here is not 1 time rip off and fat margin but, many customers / sales and normal margin = FAIR! No wonder that even the tenants association has given a recommendation here. So: Here we are right people! :)
