Telephone staff extremely helpful. Thought service was very expensive for the amount of work required to be done. I could have bought another cheaper vacuum cleaner for the price of it! The servicing was effect and now I have my beloved beam working again at its excellent level. We were not impressed that the engineer left the pile of dirt removed and old filter sitting in our garage. We would have preferred if he had asked to dispose of it in our bin. Engineer was friendly otherwise.

In regard to the costing our service call out charge @ £60 has never been increased in price in over 10 years. Parts and accessories in the whole economy have increased over the last few years and in turn we have had to reflect this in our costings. We are delighted to hear your BEAM is back at its excellent level. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and providing us with feedback. I have had a beam hoover for over 25 years. It was one of my better purchases for our home. A very reliable hoover and apart from a service I’ve had no problems. The staff I’ve dealt with at the Beam shop have been excellent…. Nothing was too much bother and the service engineer that replaced a worn part in my beam was excellent. Thank you 😄

Paul was the engineer who came to service are beam hoover system. He was more than helpful, courteous and professional.
We would recommend Beam to anyone building a new home, we have ours 25 years and never had any problems.
Sinead in the office was also very helpful.
