Benedikt delivered a truly captivating and informative presentation at our offsite in October 2024.

Benedikt's passion and energy became evident from the second he took the stage. He began by sharing some unpublished impressions from his most recent expedition, making it an exclusive experience for the participants. He then delved into more details about his leadership philosophy and experience in both extreme mountaneering and in running a company. His ability to make the parallels between sport and business in a way that was both engaging and understandable was truly impressive.

Benedikt is a real inspiration, combining his extreme sports experience with his role as CEO. The examples he gives and how he is able to translate them into words that speek to everyone and on which everyone can reflect is great. It is inspirational from a personal point of view, from a parent point of view and from a business leader point of view. He is able to captivate the audience in very unique and human ways, be it in a large conference room or with a smaller audience in a virtual environment. The mountains as a symbol for overcoming obstacles and achieving new goals. Benedikt brought us closer to this during the days with my management team. I don't know anyone who can make the connection between the extremes as precisely, comprehensibly and credibly as Benedikt Böhm. Because he knows and lives in both worlds and manages to combine these poles in a unique way. As the MAN procurement team, we leave the offsite strengthened and motivated and set off for new heights. Not only was the presentation to the point, but also the coordination with him in advance worked very smoothly and was always very customer-oriented. Benedikt proactively contributed his own suggestions and was thus able to give a presentation that was perfectly tailored to our situation and our wishes.
