Outstanding support and advice!
We are very impressed by the expertise and excellent advice provided by Betreuungswelt from Zirndorf. Unfortunately, we were only able to make use of their services in the last three weeks before our grandmother passed away. If we had known about this valuable support earlier, we and our grandmother would have been spared a lot of suffering. The care was extremely professional and compassionate, which was invaluable at such a difficult time. We can highly recommend Betreuungswelt and are grateful for the support we received.

Meine Bewertung schaut zwar etwas langweilig aus, mir fehlen allerdings Argumente, bei irgendeinem Punkt weniger als 5 Sterne zu vergeben.
Ich bin rundum mit der Betreuung von Frau Welp extrem zufrieden. Die Kontaktaufnahme ist jederzeit sehr unkompliziert möglich, sowohl telefonisch, per WhatsApp oder auch Email.
Ich kann Frau Welp wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Betreuungswelt Norbert Stolz is a family-run company and you can tell the difference. The response times are extremely short, even if you can't reach anyone, you are called back immediately. We were in an emergency situation at the weekend and were even called back on Saturdays, which really made a difference.
All our questions were always answered promptly, patiently and competently, all processes were quick and very transparent. The caregiver we found was a treasure for us and our parents. We felt that we were in very good hands. I would recommend this agency with a clear conscience.

Frau Burow hat auf unsere Anfrage nach einer Betreuungskraft sehr schnell reagiert und uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit mehrere Personen vorgestellt. Sie war immer eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin, auch als wir mit einer Dame Probleme hatten, hat sie sehr schnell und professionell reagiert und umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt. Auch wenn mit der Vermittlungsagentur etwas zu klären war, hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Frau Burow war sehr freundlich und ihr Einsatz in einer für mich/uns schwierigen Zeit sehr hilfreich. Ich kann Frau Burow jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

When my mother suddenly became a nursing case, our family was more than overwhelmed by the whole situation, which was very new to us. A friend then recommended Julia Eberl to us. Although I think we were or are a very complicated case, Julia and her team took care of all our changing needs so touchingly from the very beginning and throughout, always full of understanding and warm-heartedness and, above all, quickly and super competently.
