We are absolutely satisfied with the care our grandfather received from the 24-hour care service. The caregiver was not only extremely professional, but also warm and empathetic. She took excellent care of our grandpa's daily needs - from helping with personal hygiene to preparing meals and accompanying him on walks.

The patience and understanding with which she responded to his individual wishes was particularly impressive. Our grandpa felt safe and valued in her care. Communication with the service provider was also smooth and always friendly.

We can only warmly recommend this service and thank you for the great support!

The member of staff who looked after my father was absolutely trustworthy, pleasantly calm, very friendly and reserved and extremely helpful. He spoke very good German and was a great help for my father and an even greater relief for us, the family. In hindsight, I'm sorry that we didn't make use of his support earlier.

Our two caregivers, Anna and Beata, take turns living in my grandparents' house. They cook, clean, shop, walk the dog and take care of personal hygiene and medication. All perfect. 100% better and cheaper than in a home.

My mother and I live together in a house in Munich and need support due to our health situation. The care and household management we receive from Betreuungswelt in Zirndorf is ideal for us. The caregivers are always friendly, reliable and empathetic. Thanks to their help, we can manage our everyday lives much more easily. My sister is dependent on a wheelchair, and because of her young age, a home was out of the question for us. Thanks to the care staff, she has regained a great deal of freedom in her own home. The care is not only competent and reliable, but also very empathetic and respectful. It's nice to see how my sister can maintain her independence in her familiar surroundings. We are very grateful for the support she receives and can only recommend the service to others.

Outstanding support and advice!
We are very impressed by the expertise and excellent advice provided by Betreuungswelt from Zirndorf. Unfortunately, we were only able to make use of their services in the last three weeks before our grandmother passed away. If we had known about this valuable support earlier, we and our grandmother would have been spared a lot of suffering. The care was extremely professional and compassionate, which was invaluable at such a difficult time. We can highly recommend Betreuungswelt and are grateful for the support we received.

My mom is reliably cared for by our 2 pearls Irina and Magda on a rotating basis. The best thing is that they also speak Italian. It makes her feel like she's at home.

My wishes or needs were not addressed at all. I asked for a communicative nurse, nursing skills were not required.
The 3rd nurse arrived the day before yesterday. The ladies' German language skills deteriorated with every change. We reached level 0 and are now at level -00.
In response to inquiries, the only reason given was vacation time, and I am very surprised that apparently only staff with German language skills take vacation.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Klausfelder and the caregivers from Eastern Europe. Thanks to their professional and loving support, my grandmother was able to stay at home and die happily until her death.
From the very beginning, communication with the agency was smooth and friendly. The caregivers were not only competent and reliable, but also incredibly empathetic and patient. They made it possible for my grandma to spend her last days in a familiar and loving environment, which meant so much to us as a family.
I was particularly impressed by the care with which my grandma's individual needs and wishes were catered for. The carers not only ensured her physical comfort but also provided emotional support and companionship.
I highly recommend Ms. Klausfelder and her team. Their services are of the highest quality and their human warmth helped us a lot during a difficult time.

Communication with Ms. Klausfelder was always fast, direct and very, very friendly.

The ladies from Poland were of varying quality, one, although still young, was in poor health and in need of help and rather overburdened with physical care, one was somewhat reserved but generally reliable and Mrs. Wasiak was very attentive, reliable and always friendly. We would have liked to employ her again. The relationship ended when my mother died.

We received from the agency (Mrs. Klausfelder) a competent and detailed advice about the possibilities of home care for seniors by caregivers from Poland. After a very quick contract processing came to my parents Ms. Iwona St.. Ms. Iwona immediately settled in and completed all activities to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the service of the agency Betreuungswelt Zirndorf and can only highly praise and recommend them.
PS: There are still people who can correctly assess such situations.
