I am so, so glad I visited Sophie. She was welcoming, sympathetic and got to the heart of my long-term problems in an unhurried but professional way. We contacted Brightside as our teenage daughter was experiencing problems with anxiety and depression. She has now seen Dr Sophie Gwinnett for six sessions and has made some real progress. Sophie is very easy to talk to, the sessions have really helped her to control her anxiety and lift her mood. Thank you.

Brightside provided an excellent mental health awareness course to colleagues in my workplace. The content and delivery was very professional, engaging and really useful. The Brightside team were very receptive to our needs and the course was very well evaluated. Highly recommended.

Dr Gwinnett was able to offer evening appointments which I couldn't get in the NHS. She took the time to understand my difficulties, didn't judge me and helped me to develop solutions. I have recommended her to friends who are also experiencing low mood. A brilliant service, thank you.
