Thomas Fuchs absolutely touched me in his live webinar "Successful digital selling and maintaining strong customer relationships" and gave me many aha experiences. As a creative self-employed person, I often wish I had more time to implement my ideas and work intensively with my customers. He immediately presented me with a solution as to how this can work. At my own pace and with a clear focus on my mental health. I look forward to working with him and have already gotten to know and appreciate him as an honest and trustworthy digital coach in personal strategy meetings. I know that the key to the necessary relief lies in the automation and digitalization of processes, but I need the know-how, feedback and clear strategy that I get from Thomas Fuchs.

Thomas provided me with competent and committed support as part of the Zoho One Quick-Start Class, so that I was able to set up and commission the first apps in a very short time and replace existing software solutions.

Questions could also be asked conveniently outside the sessions via Whatsapp and were answered promptly and sometimes even by video.

I was skeptical at first because I thought I could implement the software on my own, but without Thomas I would have gotten completely lost in the complexity of Zoho One. In the workshops, which follow a clear path, Thomas guided me through the most important apps that are most relevant for my business at the start. A lot of questions were answered and Thomas' expertise saved me a lot of rookie mistakes!

Through the 1:1 coaching I was able to address my own very specific use cases that would have gone beyond the scope of the workshops, with this combination of formats Thomas was able to ensure that a general starter product became customized support.

Working with Thomas helped me to make significant progress very quickly, I am very pleased to have made this valuable investment and am very happy to recommend Thomas to others!

Behind me lies a veritable consulting odyssey - the most promising, high-priced offers with meagre results! The task: The digitalization and (partial) standardization of my extensive portfolio as well as corporate strategy consulting.

'Actually', I never wanted to work with a consultant again - especially not one who wrote to me via LinkedIn. Thomas Fuchs is different! He offers the opposite: his LinkedIn approach was so convincing that we got talking. His support is highly professional, individual, creative - always solution-oriented! He offers a high level of expertise, decades of experience - he knows what he is talking about and guides the client through the process in a professional and goal-oriented manner. Thank you, dear Thomas and dear Nina, for the great website that you have created for me, the software recommendations and the support. With Zoho, I finally have a tool at hand in which I have my CRM system, the customers can book appointments, an invoice is issued immediately, which also ends up in accounting. Exactly the way I wanted it from the beginning. Without your help and the detailed training, I probably wouldn't have been able to do it. Thank you also for always answering my questions and calls for help quickly and Thomas even solved my problem with the support during his vacations. Special thanks also to Nina with her creativity and knowledge, who made my homepage even more beautiful than I wanted it to be. :o)

I worked very intensively with Thomas over 6 weeks on the implementation of Zoho one. The Flex coaching sessions as well as the Flex workshops and the 1:1 support effectively helped with the implementation. Rarely have I met someone who really has the right answer to every technical question. In Zoho, you are inevitably completely disoriented as a beginner. After just a few "driving lessons" I was able to implement even complex integrations between the modules, but also with our WordPress website. I can only recommend Thomas and his team to anyone who wants to become active in this area. The goal-oriented and individual coaching is worth the financial investment! A clear recommendation for the Digicoach! 👍
