I had been struggling with my lower chin area for years, especially when talking, part of my chin tilted downwards in a strange way. Dr. Pfaller took care of the problem and we removed a lower part in an operation lasting almost 2 hours. Today we removed the stitches and I can only say that it looks very nice and I'm super happy. I hope it stays that way, you get very individual care in the practice and Dr. also takes care of problems that are not as commonplace as mine was! Thank you very much!

I had an appointment for a lower eyelid lift with CO laser about 4 weeks ago. After talking to Dr. Pfaller, I decided to go for it and not have surgery. Before the procedure was carried out, I was then advised to have autologous plasma for better healing and an injection to reduce collagen and give me a radiant appearance. I then went to a clinic where I could have been operated on by a specialist. The fact is that I was taken by surprise, given a slip of paper to sign and off I went. I wasn't even given a proper invoice. Unfortunately, I look worse than ever and I only hope and wish that the swelling and even worse discoloration around my eyes will get a little better over the next few months. The practice and its team are great, but unfortunately the work they do is not to be recommended. A lot of money for nothing.

We treat our patients with the utmost care and weigh up all the options. In a detailed consultation, the limits of a treatment are always pointed out, as in this case. The patient had a clear indication for surgery, but still wanted to "try" minimally invasive treatment with CO2 laser resurfacing and PRP autologous blood plasma for faster healing. We could not do anything about the obviously considerable weakness of the connective tissue in general and on the patient's lower eyelids/teardrops, which could not be corrected with a single laser procedure. This was explained several times and all surgical options were pointed out. Without surgically tackling the underlying problem, namely a considerable fat pad protrusion on both lower eyelids, we will not achieve the desired result, including the considerable excess skin!
We are happy to perform laser treatment free of charge, but the underlying cause of "bags under the eyes" and incipient "malar bags" can only be corrected surgically and only improved by means of minimally invasive measures. As she was obviously unable to correctly assess the minimally invasive success framework, we are also happy to grant a corresponding discount for the surgery. rehabilitation. Best regards Dr. Pfaller

Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, supported by a special vibration technique. Small, annoying accumulation of fat that simply could not be removed by training and a change in diet.
The result is absolutely great, I wore a compression belt for 3 weeks. I slept for about 1.5 hours during the operation and then had myself picked up.
Team and atmosphere very nice, initially some pain in the area in question, now (after 2 weeks) no or little pain.
You get used to the belt, medication was no longer necessary after 5 days. Good healing so far, especially the scars, which I was most afraid of, already look good.
Swelling and edema were a bit scary at first, but they went away as quickly as they came.
Conclusion: excellent work!

Dr. Pfaller was my personal savior in an emergency. I had a lot of deline in both breasts, which had to be taken out immediately. In an outpatient surgery, Dr. Pfaller was able to close my fistula and flush out a lot of foreign material using JetLavage. I felt safe and in very good hands at all times. The entire team and Dr. Pfaller provided me with excellent care. In my emergency, Dr. Pfaller immediately got me an anesthesia appointment and was available for me at all times. It is very rare to have that these days. I was very pleased with the work and I was helped for the time being. As discussed, I then had the remaining material including scarred or encapsulated tissue surgically removed in the USA. Thanks again to the team and Dr. Pfaller.

Breast enlargement by Los Deline, 200ml per side

With great fear and skepticism, as well as a chicken breast (keel breast), I am firstly already decades dissatisfied and it can also not the classic variant of breast augmentation with silicone in question, because I did not want in any case a put on breast as a result.

At Dr. Pfaller I first came across the possibility of having my breasts enlarged using Aquafiller. After a long zoom call and another phone call, I was convinced that I had found the right doctor and the right method for me.
After a personal conversation we made an appointment. The preparation was super understandable and explained in detail.
On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly. I was very scared and today I still can't believe that I did it! Dr. Pfaller and his team were so kind and sympathetic that I had a really easy time.

The aftercare was great, we saw each other one day after the operation and again two weeks later to remove the stitches. In between, we spoke regularly on the phone to make sure everything was going according to plan.

It's been three months now. My wounds are barely visible and I am more than satisfied!

Breast augmentation with Los Deline was performed about 1.5 months ago. From an AA cup to a beautiful and natural B cup. The accompaniment and advice of Dr. Pfaller is hard to beat. Dr. Pfaller is always available (even on vacation!) and regularly inquires about the wound healing and well-being of his patients.
The team is also very empathetic and friendly.

I am overjoyed with this decision and can really recommend Dr. Pfaller.

I had a breast augmentation with Los Deline performed by Dr. Pfaller.
Before my procedure, I had an A cup with additional asymmetry between my left and right breast. My desired size was a small C cup and a balancing of the asymmetry. Since I wanted a natural result and did not want silicone implants, I decided to have a breast augmentation with Los Deline.
The contact and communication before the procedure was super fast and since I live outside of Germany, the consultation could be done via video call. I received my surgery appointment already one month later. The entire team of Dr. Pfaller is extremely competent and cordial, which makes you feel very well taken care of.
The surgery not only corrected the asymmetry between my left and right breast, but also improved the shape of my breast. I now have my desired size and must say that my expectations of the procedure were far exceeded. Before and after the procedure, Dr. Pfaller was always available and even took time on a holiday to thread my sutures.
I can heartily recommend Dr. Pfaller and his team.

Buttock augmentation with lot yours.

I was looking for an alternative method of buttock augmentation for a long time. Since I have a slim figure, with hardly any own fat, a BBL was out of the question. I was very reluctant to have implants, also because many doctors advise against them. So I came across Dr. Pfaller after my research. Fortunately!
I finally have the buttocks I have wanted for a long time. Dr. Pfaller has "conjured up" beautiful curves for me.
The procedure was 10 days ago and it already feels natural. Only have 4 mini scars.
I felt so in good hands that I also decided to have minimal facial rejuvenation. Also with fantastic results. Even without makeup I feel good, or with little. Which was not the case before. Dr. Pfaller gave me very detailed advice, responded to my individual needs, and used a combination treatment with the latest, most innovative preparations.
I would also like to mention how great the contact and care was from the beginning until now. Dr. Pfaller and his team are simply top, both professionally and personally!
Without wanting to exaggerate, Dr. Pfaller is a luminary in his field.

I came from Bremen to Dr. Pfaller's practice at the beginning of January for a breast augmentation with Los Deline. Even before the procedure, I received the best care and advice. Dr. Pfaller took a lot of time and gave me comprehensive information about the procedure via video telephony. During the entire time and even today, Dr. Pfaller is always available to answer any questions. The on-site support was also simply exemplary and as a patient you feel in the best of hands. Of course, the very friendly practice team also played a major role in this.

About 2 weeks ago I had a breast augmentation with Los Deline performed by Doctor Pfaller. This procedure is relatively new. I opted for it because this method can achieve a very natural result and no scars remain.
Already during the consultation, Doctor Pfaller took a lot of time, explained everything to me and answered every question in great detail. When I decided to have the operation, Doctor Pfaller spoke to me on the phone several times for a very long time and thus took away my fear and gave me a good feeling.
The operation was painless. The result corresponds absolutely to my expectations. The breast feels very natural. I personally do not see any difference to a natural breast.
Finally, I would like to say that the whole team was very friendly and competent. I can recommend Doctor Pfaller's practice and breast augmentation with Los Deline 100%.

Dr. Florian Pfaller is a good listener, explains exactly the risks and is an excellent surgeon and devoted doctor. During the healing phase, for example, he visited me to personally check the progress of the healing process. I had drooping eyelids and a low eyebrow and always looked tired.
I can recommend Dr. Pfaller to anyone who wants to look fresh and lively again!
