I started training with Jonas after my pregnancy and he really helped me to integrate regular exercise back into my everyday life. Thanks to his sessions, I have not only managed to reach my feel-good weight, but also feel stronger and more balanced than ever. Sometimes you have to be lucky in life and be in the right place at the right time. That Jonas would become my personal trainer was pure coincidence. I have been going to the same fitness studio for years, but the real success was missing until I met Jonas.
