I broke the retaining tabs on the transmitter part of my radio exhaust air control when I was changing the battery. Schabus provided me with a new transmitter free of charge within a very short time. Many thanks!!!!

A real ray of hope in the service desert that is Germany! There are still dedicated people working here who know something about the business and not untrained call center agents who are only there to pick up the phone.

I can only recommend Elektrotechnik Schabus. We had to replace the FDS 100 here, but it worked perfectly for 15 years. After such a long time, something is allowed to break. The handling, competence and price for the replacement were excellent!

I need another wireless switch for my wireless exhaust air control, FDS 100. This was delivered quickly. As a radio temperature monitor, FTX 519, is installed in my tiled stove, the radio switch supplied did not work. After consulting with a very friendly and competent lady, the problem was quickly solved. A specially programmed radio switch was immediately sent to me. Now everything works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service. Thank you very much! Regards us

In an absolute emergency, heating failure in an apartment building with many small children, the company provided uncomplicated and unbureaucratic help and sent the spare part very quickly, which would not have been available from Viessmann until "the end of January".

I had a problem as a private customer and described it by email. Within a very short time, I received a reply asking me to call back. Without having to wait on hold for any length of time, I was immediately put through to a consultant who was very friendly and helpful. In the end, I received a replacement within a few days, which hopefully solved the problem.
It's hard to find such great customer service these days.
