The service was excellent from start to finish. The planning went smoothly and the team was extremely professional and competent.

The cooperation with enerix Gera during the installation of our photovoltaic system was really great! Excellent service was provided from start to finish. The planning went smoothly and the team was extremely professional and competent.

The installation work was carried out on time and with the utmost precision. The staff showed not only technical know-how, but also a keen understanding of our individual needs. For example, our geothermal heat pump was integrated into the new system using SG-Ready. They took the time to answer all our questions and patiently explained how the system works.

The system has worked perfectly so far. In addition, the company has provided excellent customer service, which is there to answer questions and solve problems even after the work has been completed. The overall service was excellent from start to finish.

My request was taken up immediately on first contact at the office and a possible installation date for the following week was agreed the very next day, so that the wallbox could be delivered, which it was.
On the agreed delivery date, the wallbox was professionally installed on schedule and integrated into the existing PV system and subsequently registered with the grid operator.
Everything was very professional, fast, uncomplicated and very polite, even with immediate response to questions, including by e-mail and telephone. There was always a competent and prompt contact person available.
I am completely satisfied with enerix.

I can therefore unreservedly recommend dealing with the enerix Gera team.

You meet a young man who works with heart and soul for the expansion of photovoltaics and is also qualified for it. The planning and execution of the system was correspondingly good and quick (in our case 2 months!!!). If you don't want to take care of anything yourself and value the cooperation with regional companies, Enerix is the right choice for you.
We felt very well advised in the entire planning phase and in the execution period. The calculation examples are not embellished and correspond after first experiences to the expectations. I would be happy to answer any questions after consultation (mediation via Enerix).
We believe to have done everything right with Enerix!
