In my search for a professional PV provider, I came across ENERIX from TBB. After the first on-site appointment, it was clear to me that this provider was on the shortlist. After comparing offers from several PV providers, I decided to go with ENERIX. To this day, I have no regrets. Friendly team, top customer support, all questions were answered immediately. A pleasant atmosphere with the workers at the start of construction, no bumming around but everyone stepped on the gas. Final acceptance was also handled professionally. The system has been running smoothly for several months now.

Enerix is a very competent partner when it comes to photovoltaics. From the planning to the realization on site and handover, there were no weak points. Our individual wishes were taken into account during the planning phase. The promised short delivery time was kept. All the craftsmen present on site were competent and friendly. They worked effectively and left the construction site very clean. We didn't have to worry about anything, even the applications and approvals to "third parties" were taken care of for us.
In short, Enerix promised the "all-round carefree package" and fulfilled this 100%.
We were very satisfied!

Completely satisfied, very competent and accessible contacts from sales to installation. Stand's honest, open and technically correct. Everything was also perfect on a personal level.

The implementation in particular was fast, tidy and of good quality. I am completely satisfied.
The dimensioning of the inverter is still a minus point, the effects will only become apparent when the system is fully fed into the grid.
But here too we will find a solution in good cooperation.

Apart from that, thank you very much, I would be happy to use you again.

I need to go into a little more detail. I purchased my PV system from another company in 2022. The PV system was not working properly. Despite constant calls and emails over 16 months, the company did not feel compelled to fulfill its warranty obligation. In the meantime, I had already consulted my lawyer and wanted to have the system dismantled. Then came the rescue. Energix Main Tauber. Although I was not yet a customer of Enerix Main-Tauber at the time, they took care of the problem immediately. After a brief description of the situation, three of the company's employees came to my home a few days later and fixed the annoying problem in a very short time after a proper analysis. This company is customer-oriented, professional, fast and reliable. The only thing I regret now is that I didn't buy from them straight away. I can only recommend this company to everyone. The employees are friendly and, above all, customer-oriented. So if you want a photovoltaic system that works and where you are helped immediately if something doesn't work, this is the right place for you. I would like to thank them once again for their help. Keep it up👍
