enerix Mainz-Wiesbaden - Photovoltaik & Stromspeicher

The photovoltaic system with an electricity storage unit was installed in my home in December 2023. Unfortunately, the electrical installation was carried out sloppily (cable ducts torn, devices crooked). The system was left inoperable when the meter was changed. Feed-in only worked approx. 2 weeks later, as settings were not made on the inverter. In my opinion, the probably semi-skilled employees are partially overburdened with their tasks on site. The documentation folder handed over was incomplete and partly incorrect (size of the system). I cannot recommend this company

The performance so far has been satisfactory and has met my expectations!
In retrospect, I can only say that the advice given in advance could have been a little more detailed, as I assumed that in the event of a shutdown in the public network, the plant continues to run and is not switched off, and what can be avoided with a stand-alone solution - this information was not given to me!
For this reason would like to expand my plant, have asked in this regard in two mails for advice, or estimated cost overview!
Unfortunately, to date, no feedback!!!
Possibly I have to look for another provider!?

The brochures that were initially used for sales purposes looked very promising. However, the actual implementation was not in order. In particular, there were almost only semi-skilled workers on the roof, which was also reflected in the results of the installation work. Things were started but not finished because it was clear that the knowledge and experience to implement them was lacking. I was also asked for tools because they didn't have any suitable ones. :-(

Communication in case of queries was rather difficult during the course of the installation, if there was any response to emails at all. That could certainly be better.

I was asked by a total of four households in the neighborhood who had installed the PV system and whether I could make a recommendation. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so.

Everything very good and competent: adherence to deadlines, excellent quality

First of all, I have to say that the points awarded are not based on the installed system, but on the performance of the Enerix company.

The company Enerix Mainz-Wiesbaden can definitely not be recommended.
The installation of the PV system and the final commissioning took over 3 months, as there was apparently a software error that could not be rectified.
The communication towards us as customers was already inadequate here.

We have now ordered a wallbox (called sonnenCharger by sonnen) from the same company, as they are unfortunately the only sales partner for sonnen GmbH in our region.
We hoped that things would go better this time and didn't think they could get any worse.

We have been trying to get an appointment for the installation for over 2 months now, whereby the first appointment we were given had to be canceled by us (but there was no reaction to this, the electrician was standing outside the door and had to leave again) and the second appointment was not kept by Enerix and then the excuse came that the appointment had not been confirmed.
This appointment was proposed to us by Enerix and we accepted it, so it can be assumed that it was confirmed.

Now we have been waiting for a new appointment for over a month and there has been no response to our attempts to contact them.
We had also set a deadline for Enerix to send us a new proposed date.
Unfortunately, there has been no communication in our direction here either.

The first payment on account has of course already been made, so that we can insist on fulfillment, but the company Enerix in Wiesbaden does not seem to be interested in this.

All I can say here is that the system itself is great when it works, which is why I have awarded it two stars, but I cannot recommend Enerix as a sales partner in any way.

I have now contacted the manufacturer to find a solution this way.

The very high adherence to deadlines and the well-coordinated sequence of the individual trades were positive. I also have a good feeling about the quality of the components.
On the negative side, I found the payment terms (high advance payment on the part of the customer). When the recommended storage size turned out to be quite small, there was little concession.

The competent and comprehensive advice and the know-how of Mr. Huber-Ditzel were excellent. The Enerix team was always available, approachable and friendly.

The competence and efficiency convinced me!
