We were very satisfied with the personal and individually tailored advice. The offer came very promptly! The craftsmen were also very professional and nimble, worked very cleanly. It was fun to watch. The calculation in the binding offer matched the final price. Friendliness and service left nothing to be desired. Very happy to come back anytime. I had a photovoltaic system installed. I have been satisfied with the service so far. However, the connection to the grid was installed incorrectly, which Westnetz has objected to and for this reason I can not get a feed-in tariff. I have requested several times to correct the error both in writing and by telephone. Promises were made that were not kept and there was also no response to my voice message. In the meantime I am really disappointed and at a loss. Bernd Stade

Many thanks to the whole team of Enerix Mittelrhein! We as a customer have enjoyed working with Mr. Fischer and his friendly and competent staff. From planning to installation to commissioning of the PV system with storage, we had friendly advice and great technical expertise at our side at all times. The personal consultation with the responsible managing director at Mittelrhein was very friendly, detailed and extremely competent. All questions and details were addressed and a well thought-out offer was prepared. The components on offer are first-class and made exclusively in Germany. Of course, the whole thing has its price, which was higher compared to other providers (with other components) but seemed quite fair. The offer also included all conceivable additional costs and was transparent in every respect.
Alternative options were missing. The product range on offer seems to be limited to the top products mentioned. Anyone who ultimately cannot afford these or would like to consider and weigh up cheaper alternatives will have to look at other providers.

With regard to our product range, I would like to add that we work with four suppliers in the area of modules (1x glass-glass, 3x glass-foil) and 6 manufacturers in the storage area (again with a variety of solutions, both 1-phase and 3-phase). As you rightly point out, however, we generally work with manufacturers from German-speaking countries.

I always feel that I am in good hands with Enerix. The advice was very good, comprehensive and plausible. Questions about anything unclear are welcome and are answered in detail. The installation of the system was well thought out and neatly executed. I am looking forward to a future with 100% self-produced electricity and hope that the calculated performance data will be confirmed over its lifetime.
