We would probably classify ourselves as rather critical customers and therefore had a lot of questions in the run-up to the project. Our contact person at ENERIX / ETM - Ms. Krüger - was always very friendly and patient. After weeks, when we had decided on a system with 10.9 KWp and 13.2 KWh storage, the installation was carried out quickly by a friendly and competent team under the coordination of Mr. Hohlbein and the system was ready for operation after two days. In the days that followed, the team responded quickly to any apparent or real problems and, if necessary, remedied them immediately. We can recommend ENERIX / ETM.

Very fast (one day), tidy, problem-oriented (routing of the roof to the cellar) installation of the PV system together with battery storage and conversion of the fuse cabinet.

1st information evening - I thought it was great, you got to see the hall with the hardware and all questions were answered competently.
2nd consultation - it wasn't a "sales pitch", but was well prepared and individual questions and circumstances were addressed.
3. implementation - I was surprised that all trades were on site at the same time. No "waiting for the other". Here, too, advice was given and individual and spontaneous improvements were suggested, simply great
4th handover - What can I say, everything was perfect
5. conclusion - It was a great decision to implement the project with Enerix company ETM GmbH Neuss and I am completely satisfied.

I became aware of the company through an installation in our neighborhood in Grevenbroich-Elsen. Fast & communication with Mr. Cetin and proper project implementation by the team made me extremely satisfied. The decisive factor was also the short-term implementation, which was made possible for me on request. The tradesmen were quick and left everything clean. The electricians' solution regarding the meter cupboard and the electrics as a whole is impressive.

We received excellent advice from Mr. Cetin and were also very well looked after during installation and instruction. The installation was carried out extremely quickly. Both the roof and the electrical team were very competent, reliable and friendly.

The company enerix installed a PV system with storage for my son in 2022. Due to his good experience with the local craftsmen and especially with the very competent advice from Mr. Cetin, I decided to go with enerix without any further information. In addition, my son's PV system had been in operation since 2022 and the electricity generation values forecast at the time were also realistic.
My PV system has been running since September 2023 without any problems. I was also extremely satisfied with the entire process (planning, installation, registration with Westnetz, etc.). Even long after the PV system was commissioned, Mr. Cetin was and is still available to answer my questions. A big thank you for this!

My PV system (6.7 kw on the roof and 7kw storage in the basement) was completely installed on the roof, set up in the basement and connected within 6 1/2 hours. The system was running and producing electricity by 2:30 pm. I have rarely experienced such a competent, friendly, reliable and careful craftsman who also left the house clean. A very clear recommendation!

Everyone tidied up after themselves. With so many people working on site, we expected a certain amount of confusion, but this didn't happen at all.
All the employees were very polite and respectful.

For the realization of our PV system, I contacted 8 companies directly and a further 16 via intermediaries. 17 of the companies contacted got back to me. 11 of these companies sent me an offer. 8 companies were on site at least once before they sent the final offer. 6 of these offers could also be classified as good according to my criteria. I excluded 3 companies based on the experience of other system operators
Mr. Cetin was my consultant at the company ETM (Enerix Neuss). The commissioning of ETM (Enerix Neuss) was also largely due to him. The following reasons were decisive for me:
- Mr. Cetin listened to me and took my individual wishes into account in the planning. (sounds obvious, but many companies really don't do that)
- He dealt with the problems of implementation on site and provided us with practicable solutions to these problems.
- He provided us with a perspective for the very rapid implementation of the project and a good emergency and backup power concept.
I also found it positive that payment is only made when the system is already producing electricity. (no down payment or similar beforehand)
The offer was confirmed on a Friday. The scaffolding was installed just two days later on the following Monday. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the roof assembly and electrical installations took place in parallel. We were already producing electricity by Wednesday afternoon. The ETM employees took away and disposed of all waste and packaging. During the installation work, they handled all our things very carefully. They left everything clean and we didn't even have to vacuum.
I was allowed to be present during the installation and integration of the inverter. There was a good introduction to getting started. I was able to make my first configurations on the first evening. A few days later, Mr. Cetin handed me the complete documentation folder.

For us, the whole implementation was very professional, fast and good. I really don't know what could be improved. A big thank you to the whole team at ETM (enerix Neuss) and good luck with new projects. I would recommend this company without reservation.
