In the fall of 2022, I ordered a photovoltaic system, which I was promised for April 2023. I made a down payment of 30%. When there was still no date in August 2023, I canceled the order and started a new search. After the first meeting with the managers of the four companies I had contacted, it was clear that Mr. Sebastian Kaiser was by far the best in terms of both his technical expertise and, not least, his reliability. His in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and his precise approach were obvious from the very first moment. However, the perfect impression created during the preparation was far exceeded during the realization: The punctuality of the processes is record-breaking! I can't remember how long it's been since an order I've placed has been carried out so punctually and without any visible problems; this may be the very first time!

The decision to have our photovoltaic system including electricity storage installed by the company enerix Südschwarzwald was exceeded in all areas. Already during the offer and planning phase it became clear that Mr. Kaiser with all employees professionally and in detail cares about all questions and wishes and thus clearly stands out from other providers. The integration of an existing plant into the new extension including storage was done without any problems, with a perfect design of all elements to achieve the highest possible autonomy. Promised deadlines were met and all steps were coordinated with us in time. Also on "side issues", how we can achieve further savings by choosing a suitable electricity provider and this is ensured by the communication of the plant with the provider; how the heat pump can be integrated up to the integration of smart grid capable devices, the company enerix Südschwarzwald shows your great competence. The very personal approach and also the several times visit on site for clarification of individual points was very much appreciated by us and never felt by Mr. Kaiser as annoying.
