I chose Enerix Westerwald because I have everything from a single source. Many solar companies are springing up like mushrooms, the offers are cheap, but I don't know what I actually have until the end. I got a few quotes, but none of them really presented themselves. It was different with Enerix. The process was already made clear during the consultation, not just a piece of paper with a final sum. And Enerix adhered to this process 100%. And they did a clean job.
If I had any questions, there was always someone to contact and an answer.
I am extremely satisfied and I can recommend them without reservation.
A big thank you again to the whole Enerix team in Betzdorf.

The one-stop service (consulting, planning, scaffolding, roof work and installation) absolutely convinced me.
The quality of the modules and the roof mounting is great. The 10 Kw storage system from Fenecon is of high quality; the price/performance ratio is good. The system was installed and commissioned promptly and as agreed.

Of the five offers we received, Eldas from enerix was the second cheapest. The advice we received from Mr. Utz, who planned the right system according to our wishes in a very professional and competent manner, was convincing. The smooth implementation of the project was completely convincing. Every query was answered quickly and in a friendly manner, all deadlines were met - it couldn't have gone better. Unreserved recommendation.

We were very satisfied with Mr. Utz's advice and support during the construction and installation of the photovoltaic system. Mr. Utz and the company Enerix were always easy to reach or called back immediately.
The work was carried out quickly, competently and cleanly after a small postponement, and the employees were all very friendly and helpful.

From the initial consultation and quotation through to installation and commissioning, I found the project to install a photovoltaic system to be well thought out, well planned and stringently executed. At the outset, Mr. Friedrich provided comprehensive advice that was easy to understand and took into account the individual requirements on site with sensitivity. Enerix took care of all the paperwork with the grid operator.
There was no long waiting time from placing the order to installation.
All deadlines, from scaffolding to the installation of the photovoltaic system, including electrical installation, were met. I also found it good that work safety was a high priority in all the work.
The agreed fixed price was adhered to, there were no hidden costs!

Very good initial consultation by Mr. Daniel Scherm.
The dismantling of the old oil heating system and the installation of the heat pump went quickly, the staff were all very friendly. The installation of the PV system went smoothly.
When there were delays in delivery, Mr. Scherm was always there for us as our contact person and took care of our concerns.
His friendly and courteous way of working and support was simply great, thank you very much!
Only two months have passed since the commissioning, but if things continue like this, we can clearly say "WE LOVE SOLAR" 👍😄
The fact that we "only" scored "good" for customer service is only due to the fact that we were never personally on site in the business premises and therefore answered questions about parking options, equipment, etc. with neutral answers.
