I checked in out of desperation. I had a frozen shoulder on the left. The result: terrible pain and complete restriction of movement. After the doctors and physiotherapists advised me to build up my muscles, I finally decided to do it. Because with two children, nothing is worse than being in constant pain and not even being able to get dressed yourself. Bianca took the time to adapt the training to my individual situation. Result: After 3(!!!) weeks of training, I was already pain-free and had gained enormous mobility. After 3 months I am now stronger than ever before, I can lift my children again, I can move freely again and I am living a new and much better life! Whoever checks in here has won! So much added value and personal care! I am infinitely grateful!

Bianca Neumeier is a competent personal trainer & life coach. She definitely knows her subject. Our first conversation was very informative and gave us many ideas that we hadn't even thought of. Bianca is a real person who teaches you about sport and nutrition in a very simple way. She showed me how to train my entire body with just one kettlebell. 1 "device" that I bought in the supermarket. She also demonstrates all of this in her Instagram stories and shows how easy a healthy lifestyle is, even with children. An absolute recommendation.

Training from home!

As a mom of 3 children and a self-employed person working from home, there is little time for a proper workout. It's not just the time factor that plays a big role here, but also the motivation to train.
Bianca's training sessions are simply perfect for this. I can easily work out from home without any tools. The training sessions are fun and challenging. Bianca also pays a lot of attention to the correct posture and execution of the exercises.

Simply highly recommended!

Before the consultation, I had been in constant pain for 1.5 years due to my chronic illness.
I had hoped to get fitter in order to be able to contain my complaints.

Bianca didn't really know about my two chronic illnesses beforehand, but she really got stuck in to get all the information I needed and to be able to help me.
Her tips on anti-inflammatory nutrition were particularly helpful.

In addition to taking care of my diet, she also gave me a lot of support on the subject of sleeping better. This was also an issue for me.
Since the conversations and the tips we implemented, I can sleep really well at night again.

The training plans were detailed and very easy to implement. The explanatory videos, in which every exercise is explained in detail, are unbeatable.
You made videos of your own exercises, which Bianca and Jürgen watched to make sure you were really doing it right and the exercises were having the desired effect.
I found this really helpful, especially if you weren't sure.

In general, you could always contact them if you had any questions and got help quickly.

Unfortunately, I had to take several weeks off due to my illness and couldn't train because of the pain.
I was very frustrated and Bianca picked me up during coaching. She made me rethink that I shouldn't give my illness so much space in my life.
in my life. She built me up again and motivated me. We then started training together again.
Bianca and Jürgen created a completely customized training plan with alternatives for me, so that if I couldn't do an exercise because of my limitations, I always had a second alternative.

But Bianca also found other ways to make me feel better physically. Thanks to their knowledge of gut health, they were also able to give me tips.

I am now pain-free again!
Thanks to Bianca, I have a better understanding of my triggers for the disease and the recommended supplements are also good for me and my body.
I have learned a lot of new things about myself and my body.
The coaching is not just about sport or nutrition, but you are looked at holistically as a person.
I can highly recommend coaching with Bianca and Jürgen.

I have just completed my first training session of 3 months with EBS-Fit.
It was my first personal coaching session and I am thrilled.
In addition to the consistency in training, I have learned a lot from Bianca's in-depth knowledge of the 3 pillars, nutrition, exercise and sleep.
It is incredibly valuable to have a clear guideline and orientation from a professional coach in all the jungle of information on the net on all channels!

I'm looking forward to the next 3 months :-)

Strength training? I always thought of extreme muscle building. Not for me ... or so I thought! Until I met Bianca and started following her on Instagram. I became curious and signed up for strength training with the kettlebell. The best decision I could have made.
The kettlebell doesn't take up much space, doesn't cost the earth and I don't need much space to train. And a very important point for me: I can train at home!
I've learned a lot of exercises under Bianca's guidance. Bianca is always on hand with help and advice.
What I find incredibly inspiring is that you experience an incredible change within a very short time with this training. I was able to greatly increase my strength and stamina, which makes my everyday life much easier! Many small "aches and pains" have completely disappeared.
I can now do work again without my back complaining.
What I really appreciate about Bianca and her training is that she is always on hand, motivates you and puts her heart and mind into creating a training plan to suit my needs.
Of course it all costs money, but when I see what my body has become in a very short time, it's worth every penny. An investment in my body, my psyche and, above all, my health!

After a seemingly harmless coronavirus infection with several months of long/post-COVID, I was looking for a way to get back on my feet in the truest sense of the word. Flexibility, a comprehensive overall package and the feeling of being taken seriously were important to me. I found Bianca and Jürgen, with whom I booked 3 months of Power Basic Coaching.
In addition to a training plan tailored to me, tips on a supportive dietary change and food for thought on the subject of "healthy sleep" were also helpful on my way to achieving a level of fitness appropriate to my age.
Surprisingly, I could already feel the changes after the first 4 weeks. I wouldn't have expected it to happen so quickly, which motivated me to stop listening to the famous "inner bastard". I haven't felt this fit and focused for years.
I really appreciated the weekly calls to answer my questions and to give me more and more detailed advice on training / nutrition / sleep, the flexible availability for urgent issues via WhatsApp and the weekly Zoom workouts (fascia and kettlebell workouts), which Bianca always organizes in an exciting and very active way.
Even though this kind of support comes at a price (and has to), I decided to train with Bianca and Jürgen for another 3 months. Because my decision to do Power Basic coaching was one of the best in recent years and because I really wanted to find out what else is possible. THANK YOU!

I started the Power Basic Coaching with Bianca and Jürgen for three months to simply get fitter in general and of course to build up strength for the wakeboarding season. Another of my goals was to do my first pull-up.
Working with the two of them was very relaxed, but also challenging, as the weekly calls highlighted my progress and we were never able to lose sight of my goals. Having a contact person who provides you with all the information and knowledge you need is worth its weight in gold, without having to trawl through countless websites and then not finding the right thing.
My game changer was clearly the training plan that was tailored to me, with increasing weights, which is important to make progress. When it came to nutrition, it was a huge realization for me that I eat far too little protein, which they explained to me very well. Thanks to the many great recipes, I was able to get a lot of ideas and thus increase my protein intake without any problems.
It was also very important for me to commit to doing strength training regularly instead of cardio, because before I mainly did cardio, but then I couldn't build up any strength. In the past, I only managed a few laps in a row at the start of the wakeboarding season and was totally exhausted afterwards, including three days of sore muscles. This year, I managed my normal workload right from the start and felt great afterwards, without any sore muscles.
My conclusion: I generally feel fitter and better now, the training has given me nice, defined arms and the start of the wakeboarding season was a complete success.

I did fascia training with Bianca and Jürgen, which lasted 8 weeks. The training was a lot of fun, even if it was exhausting. The exercises built on each other and there were always one or more exercises for each body region. The cooperation was very good, I felt well looked after all round. Questions were always welcome and the exercises were corrected immediately if this was noticed. Bianca and Jürgen are very competent and I would be happy to work with them again at any time if the opportunity arose. I have learned a lot about fascia/muscles during this time, especially about the sole of my foot, which is always very tense, for which I am very grateful. I can highly recommend Bianca and Jürgen and would book them again at any time.
