I have been using triphala powder for 6 months.Triphala powder is made from a herbal mixture of three dried fruits native to India. Organic Triphala powder strengthens your immune system and fights against cancer. It might reduce inflammation in the body and detox the body.I daily drink 1 glass of Triphala juice in the morning which fights against cancer and also reduces stress and anxiety.

If you want chemical free turmeric powder then go for Grainic Turmeric powder. Lakadong turmeric powder is Organic, pure, and is grown in chemical-free soil. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and brimmed with profuse benefits. I am using Lakadong turmeric powder from last 8 months.

I really like Grainic Edible seeds and Rice cake. The quality is amazing and the price is reasonable. I try different toppings on rice cakes and add their edible seeds in my smoothies and pancakes.

I am a workout freak and I love to eat healthy food and snacks. I eat rice cakes before my workout because they are healthy and light. I have tried many brands but the Brand which has the best rice cake is Grainic. Their rice cakes are Organic & crunchy.

If you are looking for quality seeds then you should try Grainic Edible seeds. Their seeds are Organic & free from artificial colour. I toss Grainic edible seeds on my smoothies & meals.

Grainic Lentil and Flaxseeds rice cake is my favorite. I have tried many rice cakes but Grainic Rice cake and their flavor is awesome, tasty, and much crispier. They are my pre-workout snacks.
