Poor
Incorrect advice when changing insurance, then canceled the wrong insurance. As a result, my son is now insured at a less favorable rate and with a different company than myself. The advice was a disaster, Mr. He is only personally available when changing insurance.

Absolutely top advice with a clear focus on my long-term benefit as a customer. Mr. He pointed out to me on his own that my current health insurance would soon increase to my disadvantage. He immediately picked out a new tariff for me that would give me even better benefits than my current tariff and save me several thousand euros over the coming years.
