The offer and execution went smoothly and relatively unproblematically. The supply and return lines were connected incorrectly, but this was rectified. With this company, you quickly get the impression that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to realize that. When most of the work had been completed, we received the first invoice, which included many items that were carried out by me and not by Hörmann. The items were all discussed in advance with the site manager and I was told that they were happy for everything that the company didn't have to do. Nevertheless, I had to discuss this item several times with a manager, and I was also charged 1800 euros for additional material, although this was not mentioned at all during the execution. The discussion of the final invoice took 3 phone calls and 10 e-mails because not even a discount was entered correctly. For these last reasons, we would not recommend this company to anyone.
