The bite with which Ms. Kleine-Erfkamp approaches the banks with the right arguments is unbelievable. That's the way to "think outside the box". Ms. Kleine-Erfkamp is absolutely competent, friendly and extremely quick to respond to queries. When she was absent on vacation, her supervisor Mandy Fink always stood in for her and responded just as quickly to queries.
As a family, we have been able to fulfill our dream of a detached house. This is already the second project that we have tackled with HypoNord GmbH & Co KG. With our first property, we were always turned down by conventional banks (Spk, Volksbank, Hausbank). With HypoNord GmbH & Co. KG we were able to realize our goals. I was advised quickly and competently, but unfortunately I could not realize the offer because the extensive documents that the bank required could not realistically be provided in a short time.

Ms. Fink took a lot of time in our first appointment (via remote) to advise us in detail on the subject of real estate financing.
During the negotiation phase of about 10 weeks, Ms. Fink regularly provided us with the latest offers and interest rates. This meant that we were always up to date and were able to take this into account in our negotiations.
If we had any questions (by e-mail), we received a detailed answer within a very short time. (usually within a few hours on the same working day).
Overall, we felt very well advised and in good hands.
