Über die Durchsicht auf Mängel bei der Bauabnahme hinaus gab Herr Nessler auch wertvolle Tipps zur Wartung und Pflege und auch worauf bei der Vermietung zu achten ist. Auch die Absprachen und Vereinbarungen im Vorfeld, die in meinem Fall wegen einer erheblichen zeitlichen Verzögerung nicht ganz einfach waren, verliefen mit Herrn Nessler und seiner Assistentin freundlich und hochprofessionell.

Herr Nessler hat mich bei der Vorbegehung meiner Neubauwohnung begleitet. Glücklicherweise konnte sehr kurzfristig ein Termin mit ihm vereinbart werden, worüber ich sehr glücklich bin. Sein kompetentes Auftreten, Fachwissen und seine Freundlichkeit haben mich absolut überzeugt - sogar der Bauleiter, der die Vorbegehung begleitet hat, war sehr positiv angetan. Daher meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, 5/5 Sterne. Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung, Herr Nessler!

I was very satisfied with the support I received from Mr. Nessler during the handover of my house. Due to delays in construction, there were several changes to the deadline, which was no problem. Mr. Nessler advised me competently and took the time necessary to inspect the house and formulate the services that had not yet been performed so that they could be recorded. He pointed out things that were relevant and that no one from the company carrying out the work had told/explained to me. So far I haven't had any further questions, so I can't really say anything about responsiveness after the services have been completed, but I think it would be possible. I would recommend Mr. Nessler to others.

Very competent in the matter. When communicating, everything was explained patiently and understandably, even for laypeople, and the situation in the extended family was taken into consideration. The price-performance ratio is good. Particularly noteworthy are the many tips on how to proceed with the marketing of the property.
There is a very small point deduction for confusion when the first invoice was issued, which also cost us some time and nerves. But this was quickly resolved and was certainly only an exception.

We commissioned Mr. Nessler for the shell construction and final inspection of our new building. However, we should have already known about many of the issues and points we found when we signed the contract with the developer, which meant that we did not get the maximum benefit. It was therefore better to arrange a meeting at the beginning of the planning phase.
However, we appreciate his professional approach, his expertise and his quick response to questions
