The risk assessment for private health insurance (PKV) is a standardized procedure established by insurers to assess the individual health risks of each applicant. This assessment has nothing to do with my advice, but is a requirement that all insurers apply equally to ensure that risks are assessed fairly and transparently.
It is very important to me that this assessment is carried out properly and completely to ensure that there are no problems later on, such as a breach of the pre-contractual duty of disclosure. In the worst case, this could lead to insurance cover being jeopardized. It is therefore crucial to work carefully and correctly from the outset in order to guarantee you the best possible protection in the long term.
