The training was a lot of fun and helped me both professionally and personally.

I have been considering training as a systemic coach for many years and decided in favor of InKonstellation because I had a wonderful meeting with Sylvia Bublies. She completely won me over with her competent and personal manner as a brand ambassador for InKonstellation. I have never once regretted my decision.
I was able to do the training well alongside my job and family (my daughter is now two). It took a lot of organization and planning. And it was so worth it.
My highlight of the training: each module had a different coach with a different personality and expertise. Sylvia Bublies, Saskia Macht, Hannah Berger & Helen Mau in particular stood out enormously among the competent and strong coaches.
After the training (during which I grew so much personally), I will start my own business as a self-confident and humble coach.
I had everything I needed for this, but only found and developed it during the training.

The different trainers are a real enrichment, so you get to know different styles and find your own more easily. Most of the modules are very exciting, but towards the end it gets a bit more superficial with emotion and hypnocoaching, because you don't become proficient in these techniques after just one weekend. Unfortunately, the location changed during our course, which was a pity and rather a disadvantage. The group size of 21 people is at the limit.

I particularly enjoyed the different trainers at the various weekends. The trainer Manfred and our mentor Saskia in particular rocked their topics and made the time entertaining and incredibly informative. The co-trainer was also on hand for help outside of the weekend. The methods were well presented and structured throughout the training. However, I found the practice coaching sessions within the group difficult, as there wasn't always a "real topic" at hand. Personally, I found the organization a little too lax, and some topics such as changes of dates or new training locations were not communicated transparently enough. The size of the group with over 20 participants was also challenging for me at times. However, it shows that there is a lot of interest in the topic and in the constellation. To summarize, I can say that after the 9 months I can take away a great deal of personal development.

Good trainers, very good co-trainers. Many different approaches and method preferences due to the changing trainers.
The premises in Hanover are not good. Often too few rooms for training. The seminar often ends earlier on Sundays, which is not taken into account in the invitation to tender.

A very good training concept that thrives on the variety of competent trainers for the individual focal points. This allows you to get to know very different coaching styles. The whole thing is further enhanced by the formation of peer groups and additional evenings with a "mentor coach" where you can ask any questions that remain unanswered.

Changing trainers, very intensive group work and learning together, very appreciative and varied. A wonderful experience for personal and professional development that I can apply quickly.

The training is definitely recommended as a complete package. During the training there is a lot of valuable input and also further sources that you need as a professional coach.
