I had always wanted to loose weight but never knew where to go, one day I stumbled across jay and my life has completely changed since !! When I started with jay I was very self conscious but very quickly Jay helped my find myself and showed me that with hard work and determination you can achieve anything . In the space of 4 months I managed to loose 20kg.

The diet jay created for me was great. To keep me on track i had to send my weight to him three times a week!! Boy did that work! And it was great to see results after dieting on my own for so long without success. He taught me alot about healthy alternatives for food and drink.
Jay also occasionally checked in with me after I had finished my stint with him. It would be fair to say he always had time for me, and gave great advice on my wellbeing. I have already recommended him to my friends ; )
My experience with Jay over the past 8 months has over exceeded my expectations, I can proudly say that at 44 years old I've never looked or felt better. The workouts are challenging but effective. Thankful for the professional coaching and motivation.

When I started with Jay I was not in a good mental place regarding motivation and a change in lifestyle but Jay trained my mind to help me reach my weight and fitness goals. I learnt how to nourish and fuel my body to maintain this healthy lifestyle. There is no quick fix when it comes to leading an active lifestyle and reaching your weight goals as it must be sustainable which is has been for me thus far with Jay's help and recommendations. If I had followed his plan even more diligently I would have exceeded my goal expectations. I would definitely recommend him if you need that push in leading a healthy lifestyle!
