Very professional introduction to all topics. Questions are answered very quickly and at any time. I also felt immediately at ease. The lessons are very well organized and can be looked at again and again. The templates for the applications are also very good.
The training via Zoom is really very good and helps and supports immensely.

I am very satisfied with Catrin's coaching.

Many of the videos are also helpful, but perhaps there should be a section with the "must see" videos, because the situation of a currently unemployed job seeker with an employee in a management position, possibly also with children, is completely different, i.e. it is difficult to find the time to watch all the videos. Catrin has pointed out the most important ones very well, but it may be time to update the video academy (e.g. the new possibilities with ChatGTP) and to structure it according to needs (job starter, job seeker, manager, ....).

Basically, I am very satisfied with both the coaching and the video academy (you can also find very useful tips here) and with the service / response times and the concrete answers. 🙂 Thumbs up👍

I am absolutely delighted with Karrierehelden - especially Lena and Miriam. Lena helped me extremely well, supported me in everything and thus contributed to me finding a job again. I am very grateful to Lena.
However, I do have one small comment. At the beginning with all the videos and the flood of information, this could perhaps be made a little easier for future participants by mentioning right at the beginning that not all videos have to be watched, that you are guided step by step through the videos and documentation together with your coach, which should be an important tool on the way to a perfect application.
Thank you Sven for the existence of Karrierehelden - I can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new job and wants to get their application to absolute perfection.

The personal support and the instructional videos are very good. I have gained a different perspective on the application documents. Packaging your own achievements in stories is an interesting and actually logical approach. It remains to be seen whether I will achieve my goal of finding a new job.

The theory that is taught via the Online Academy is perfectly structured in terms of didactics and content and is taught using modern methods that are even fun.
The individual online coaching sessions were extremely professional, very informative and practical.
Sven also imparts a lot of psychological background knowledge and responds spontaneously to his coach's wishes.
I found the meetings to be less of a training session and more of a discussion at eye level, whereby Sven knows how to apply his extensive specialist knowledge in the right places.
In combination, I was able to build up my knowledge of self-management and the application process, which helped me to overcome the application hurdles with confidence and self-assurance.
I will benefit from the experience and knowledge beyond the application phase - which I successfully completed - in my everyday professional life.
As a result, my high expectations were clearly exceeded!

The program is superbly designed, well thought out and modern and efficient with the combination of video academy and personal coaching based on it. Within a very short time, we developed a perspective for my professional future, took concrete steps with the professional optimization of my CV and cover letter and, particularly relevant for me, found out where I actually want to go professionally and what the process can look like to get there. Special thanks go to Lena Meckenstock, whose patience, expertise and great analytical and problem-solving skills made this coaching what it was: a learning experience that I will be able to build on for many years to come. Catrin is great. She was always available to answer any questions I had and was always on hand to give me the answers I needed at the follow-up appointment.

She tailored her coaching plan to my wishes and goals.

The coaching takes place at a very high level, taking into account psychological findings and using the latest tools. The videos provide extensive knowledge on the topics, and the live coaching sessions are characterized by a very trusting atmosphere. I am particularly impressed by the fact that Sven is available at almost any time and responds to questions and messages. He often sends his answer as a video and shows how enthusiastic he is about his work. As a result, you not only get very professional CVs and cover letters that will probably catch the attention of any recruiter, no matter how bored they are, but also lots of ideas for self-reflection. My conclusion: A really recommendable coaching, I would do it again at any time.

Overall, my experience with the application coaching provided by Karrierehelden was extremely positive. The videos, documents and personal support provided by the coach were of high quality and left little to be desired. Particularly impressive was the practical application of the content, which gave me a clear understanding of how to optimize my application documents.

The coaching and advice were also very good. However, I would have liked to have practiced the job interview together even more intensively, as I saw this as my biggest weakness. Additional training in this area would have boosted my self-confidence and given me more confidence for future interviews.

In terms of the effort and benefits of the coaching, I can say that the time invested was well worth it. The documents that were created as part of the coaching are extremely professional and will undoubtedly be of use to me in the future. Although one of my applications was successful shortly before the coaching began, this does not detract from the value of the coaching, but rather shows that I was already on the right track. The high quality of the documents will also benefit me in the years to come.

Overall, I can therefore recommend the application coaching provided by Karrierehelden without reservation.
