Top advice, nice atmosphere.

Preparation and planning of the trip, service and performance during the trip met our expectations. We would book again through Kreuzfaht-Planer. (As a note, shore excursions are booked quickly and can hardly be booked on board)

Mrs. Hansel took a lot of time and gave us detailed, competent and friendly advice, taking into account our individual situation and ideas.
We would like to say thank you and will gladly make use of her advice and services again.

We were informed about all the possibilities and types of ships. We were also told what we could imagine.

It was a really great trip with very beautiful destinations. Unfortunately, Bornholm was canceled due to bad weather. Instead we went to Karlskrona. That was also very nice. We liked the ship and the staff were very nice and attentive.
All in all, it was much quieter than on the Nova or Cosma. There were few children on board, but more older ones.
Warnemünde as a departure point was a dream! Accompanied by harbor ships, setting sail was a great experience.

We couldn't go ashore in Gotland, wind force 9.

The route is very beautiful - great scenery - great harbors. Unfortunately, we had pretty bad weather in Molde and Eidfjord. But there's nothing you can do about that.
We didn't like the Aida Perla that much. The theater is very badly laid out. Far too few seats with a direct view of the stage. There are also too few seats with a table for playing board games. It was often difficult to get suitable seats as there were many families with children on board and a lot of games are played in the evenings.

Otherwise it was very nice as always. The staff are very helpful!

However, booking excursions directly through Aida is now almost impossible for a family to afford. They have become quite expensive. It was good that we were able to do everything on our own at our ports.



We will definitely go again...maybe try Mein Schiff...

Because I was well advised and Mrs. Hansel tried to meet my wishes, but this did not work out 100%. Therefore not a very good.

Hello, please excuse the late response. We had a very nice week on the Aida Nova Comedy Cruise. The comedy always had its performance at 9pm in the Theatrium where you couldn't get a seat at 8pm because many visitors had already sat there at 6pm and reserved for others, unfortunately it was no longer possible to get a seat, we then, like many others, went to the cabin and watched the show on TV. As the ship was fully booked, the people at the bar were very busy and sometimes it took a little longer for us to get our drinks. But we took that into account. What we also found really great was that the comedy people walked between us passengers the whole week and even ate in the buffet restaurant. We found out later that Aida had arranged this with them and everyone was allowed to come and have their photo taken with them and they were all in such a good mood. 👍 We didn't leave the ship in Arhus because of the bad weather, we passed the time on the ship and we didn't have a long time even the child was thrilled. Copenhagen, sea day and Kristiansand we had really nice weather felt almost like in the Mediterranean. We visited the harbor lounge on the ship where we learned interesting stories and sights about Denmark and Norway, we visited all the sights in the countries as we were on our own in Copenhagen and Kristiansand. In Oslo it was unfortunately very rainy and we had previously booked a trip to the ski jump and the view was unfortunately not so nice but still very interesting to get to know the city, definitely worth another trip for me. On the last day we were in Skagen where we stayed on the ship because of the weather and the short layover time until 2pm.
We have fallen in love with Norway and would love to do a fjord tour with Aida that includes Geiranger or where you can take a trip there, if there is such a thing. We only know the Nova so far and could also imagine the other child-friendly ships like the Perla and Prima.
We had an all-round carefree and wonderful vacation with Aida with a happy child.

The absolutely competent advice down to the smallest detail, everything was perfect on our cruise, it was the right ship, the right excursions, in short everything. Therefore, because of the competence, we would recommend the cruise planner at any time and to anyone.

My personal impression of the "industrial harbor" in Ghent was that I personally didn't like it so much, but I couldn't get off the ship due to health reasons and so I spent the whole day on the ship in the industrial area.

You can tell that Ms Hansel is not only professional and experienced in advising and organizing, but also passionate about cruises.
It is extremely helpful to have someone there to remind you of all eventualities.
I can only say thank you again and again for her support and will continue to book with her and recommend her.
